The hotel is abit aged and overall looks tired but it’s still a great place to stay if you wish to stay overnight at Bana Hills. Has a nice swimming pool

Stayed here once before and it was an amazing hotel then and is now. It is a little on the pricey side, but worth it if you want to explore the whole park. The breakfast was good and the staff was great.

Our room was in the same building as reception which is good because of bad weather raining all day. The room is really nice but air conditioning can’t really adjusted fortunately the weather is not hot and I can open windows. The services at breakfast restaurant is not really good and so crowded.

Location was good, very near cable car station. Staffs was friendly & helpful. Although room was a little small but it's fine for just 1-2 days stay. BUT there was a cockroach in my room, almost climbed into my opened luggage on the floor. Luckily the room service staff came in to send our food & we got him to help catch the cockroach. Bedding is also comfy. Thanks! Will come again!

The hotel was just magical in every way. We booked their executive king room and it had a lovely balcony. The bed was soft. The heated pool was enjoyable. The staff are the most helpful: Le Phuoc Luu, Phan T.M. Phuong, and the 2 other staff I'd like to just upload the photos of as I don't have their names. The staff in the pool area were also very kind. The receptionist in the photo was just very helpful and the the other one in the photo took care of our checking out to be in the VIP lane to avoid long qeues. Everything was just wonderful. I highly recommend thia place not just as a whole-day trip, but checking in would really be more convenient! We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and we loved every bit of it. Would be happy to be back.🫶

The hotel is amazing, endless food games rides shows so much to do and see we could have booked an extra day to continue to enjoy more we missed out on.
