"I must begin with the manager and his staff. The manager leads an amazing, dedicated team who are a credit to the hotel and clearly enjoy working for him. The warm welcome we received immediately made us feel right at home, and the check-in process was seamlessly quick. The hotel itself is impeccably clean and features spacious, well-appointed rooms. Our room was serviced daily with fresh toiletries and towels, and boasted an excellent shower and bathtub. A unique highlight was the Japanese toilet (a luxury you simply have to experience!). The rooftop pool area is a delight, featuring an extremely clean pool with a vigilant lifeguard, and ample sunbeds and seating. The adjacent rooftop bar is another great feature, staffed by an equally attentive and friendly team. The rooftop gym is conveniently located nearby, and fresh towels are provided both here and at the pool. The breakfasts are simply outstanding, offering an incredible variety with something delicious to suit every taste. We were also able to use the well-equipped Spa for free every day, which was a wonderful bonus. Finally, I have to give a separate, special mention to the doormen. They tirelessly open the doors for guests with a warm, genuine greeting every single time. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"The hotel’s location is very convenient, with My Khe Beach just across the street, and it’s also easy to get around by taxi. The front desk team provided excellent and efficient service, helping us book the restaurants and spa we wanted to visit. In particular, Chole at the front desk gave us many thoughtful suggestions and help with our travel arrangements during our stay. The hotel facilities and the self-service breakfast are fairly average, and both the pool and the kids’ club are quite small. However, since we spent most of our time sightseeing outside, this did not greatly affect our overall experience. Just one small suggestion: the housekeeping quality could be improved. We found several times that freshly changed towels and pillowcases had obvious stains, our pajamas were left in a messy pile on the table, and trash bags that had blown onto the balcony in the sea wind were not cleaned up."

"One of the best location for the International Fire Works Festival, where the view is considerably good from high level of the Hotel Room(River View). Both my kids really spend a good time enjoying the fireworks view without hesitate of going out. Room service and cleanliness is rather outstanding and accommodating especially @ Executive Lounge area, as we spent a good time to chill out with the food and drinks served for families."

"We stayed here one night enjoying the sea . The hotel is located just opposite to the beach and you can walk there . Our room can enough 180 sea view . They also provide free afternoon tea and the breakfast has many choices . Also enjoyed the restaurant for dinner , super tasty and affordable. The staffs are very helpful and kind. Highly recommend if you visit Dnang."

"My family of 4 (2 children under 10) stayed in a “2 bedroom deluxe family suite with sea view” on the 16th floor for 6 nights. The room and the view were beautiful. It was a lovely corner suite with 2 bathrooms and felt like an apartment you could live in. The balcony wraps around the apartment and is lovely. There is a touch of an unfinished feel about the place, as that is clearly the case, I’m sure it’s rapidly improving. I could list a lot of little glitches but none of them would put me off returning. The staff are lovely. The pool is nice but there are few sun beds. The gym isn’t bad for a hotel. The breakfast buffet is decent but despite most of it being in bain marie’s or under lamps was often pretty cold. If they sorted that out I’d say it was good. Now unfortunately to the HUGE issue that would stop me staying there and unable to recommend it, which is not the hotels fault, is the noise issue. There is a large pedestrianised area in front of the hotel which has very regular events on it, there is Pink Beach Club and other nearby karaoke spots that I promise you even after this warning would blow your mind. Even on the 16th floor some of the DJ’ing and music was shaking the fillings in my teeth. Earplugs don’t work, noise cancelling headphones do something but not enough. If this finished at midnight I could take it but even on a weekday it could be going on until after 4am! One night the super heavy nightclub DJ’ing went on until around 3-4am and then there was a marathon event with a stage, music and announcer, that started at about 4:15am and went through until breakfast. I’ve never come across an environment less conductive for sleep. It was truly awful. I don’t understand why the hotel doesn’t seem to have any soundproofing? I feel sorry for the hotel as it’s not directly their fault. I did speak to them but all they could do is try and listen and reassure but that doesn’t help near zero hours sleep. I would just hope that nearby hotels will gather together and try and work with the local authorities to do something about this as if they did, I would 100% return."

"I really liked the hotel! The staff is very helpful and strives to make the guests feel comfortable. Afternoon tea is a separate feature of the hotel. How cool is that! From 14 to 17 in the cozy cafe you can drink tea/ coffee with delicious and beautiful cakes. The beach is a 5-minute walk away + small, but very beautiful and cozy pool. There are a lot of pleasant things in this hotel. For example, cute delicious cookies with a postcard every evening in the room. I would love to return there with my family again!"

"We stayed 3 nights at the Sea Shore Hotel. Location is good, across the street the My Khe beach for a morning or evening beach walk. on the 14th floor , there are outdoor swimming pool, small gym and sitting area that one can enjoy the coffee or beer with the fantastic paranomic views of the ocean beaches and city. Breakfast is good with variety. Reception staffs as well service staff are very polite and helpful. Hotel provides Scooter/motorbike rental which is great to get around the city. Room is cleaned everyday. Overall, we are happy with the hotel service and facility. Good price!"

"recently stayed at Four Points Danang for 2 nights and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, polite and very attentive. Check-in was smooth and they made sure all my requests were handled professionally. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view. I also appreciate how responsive the hotel team was when I communicated with them about special arrangements. Overall, Four Points Danang offers great service, excellent hospitality, and a relaxing atmosphere. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. "Booked a sea view room, My Khe Beach is right across the road, and the view is absolutely stunning. On Christmas Eve, they even left us Christmas cookies in the room! The restaurants around the hotel are a bit pricey, so it's better to take a taxi downtown for food. The bathroom in the hotel doesn't have a separate wet and dry area, which is quite impractical; after a shower, it feels like a flood. 😂 Everything else was great though, check-in requires a deposit, and the service was excellent."
