伊尔姆河畔普法芬霍芬霍根The proprietress was very enthusiastic and helped us book a car to the airport. The car drove very well and steadily, and it was cheaper than grab! Breakfast included, optional, the location is also good, quiet in the noisy, the room is clean and big. Our room has a small balcony, and it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony at night...I am generally satisfied.

Guest UserAlthough I would give this hotel five stars on all the standard measures (if it can even be called a hotel — it's more like a cozy, magical little home, with service that rivaled some of the five-star hotels I've stayed in), I have to admit that what pushed my satisfaction over the top was what happened when I came down to the ”lobby” to ask whether checking out at 3 a.m. would be a problem.
The answer, of course, was ”no problem.” But the family who owns the place — a sister, a brother, and their mother and father, all of whom seem to live there — happened to be sitting down together to a simple Vietnamese dinner. They invited me to join them, and the invitation felt completely genuine, so with deep gratitude I sat down. (To be fair, no future guest should expect this — it was a spontaneous kindness, not a service.)
The simple food was enjoyable, but the real pleasure was getting to know the four of them. I talked mostly with the 35-year-old son, whose English was the best. His sister was 33, and the father, seated on my left, was 71. They were amazed to learn that I was 82.
After a heartwarming dinner and conversation, I returned to my magical little room — really more like a small studio apartment — as befits an early-to-bed man.

Great aparthotel! The room was clean, modern, and very cozy. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine. The staff were polite and always ready to help. Convenient location with shops, cafes, and transport nearby. I was very satisfied and would gladly stay here again!

lil.powernastyI'm a girl and stayed here for about a week. Considering it's a capsule hostel, I really liked everything.
The common room is very beautiful. There's a refrigerator, air conditioning, fans, chairs, tables, dishes, and everything you need. Kettle, microwave, fresh water from the filter.
The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly.
The shower and toilet are sometimes dirty by residents, but they are cleaned promptly, so everything is fine. There is also shampoo, soap, shower gel.
I felt comfortable in the capsule bedroom itself. The bedding was clean, and there were no bedbugs or insects! The capsule includes bed linens, two power outlets, and a small lamp. The curtains are very thick and block out light, making it comfortable to sleep at any time or be alone.
There is a small, inexpensive store right next to the hotel (1,5 meters away) if you need snacks, food, or essentials.
Of all the hostels, this one is a worthy example! I recommend this place. And if necessary, I will come back here again.

Guest UserOod location - center of Danang city. Walk just 3 minutes you can find some delicious local food or nice cage. Only 10 minutes can see Danang pink cathedral. You can visit many tourist spots by walk - Danang An Long temple, Charm museum, Danang fine arts museum, dragon bridge etc. So much fun there :)

Evgenii KolginI’ll say right away that I didn’t enjoy my stay here; everything just went wrong from the start. I didn’t like my spot in the dorm, I expected a bed with a door like on pictures, but it only had a curtain, and realizing I had booked for a week, I asked to cancel the reservation. The receptionist had to check everything with the manager, and honestly, I didn’t understand anything. In the end, they told me they couldn’t cancel because they already had some system in place, and basically, they just didn’t care. They said it was too late—well, how’s that supposed to work? Was I supposed to come a week earlier just to check the hotel? They mentioned some Trip.com rules, even though I submitted the request through the website. Calling support didn’t help either—it was just a bot. Thanks for the “support.”
Then somehow another bed was found. In the room, the air conditioner was set to 21°C—it was freezing, I got sick, and not just me, almost everyone in the room was coughing. The remote was with the administrator, who kept turning it on and off so the AC could “rest.” It was ridiculous—sometimes you’re sweating, sometimes you’re freezing. Eventually, after everyone complained, they set it to 25°C.
The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, very unstable. I saw a cockroach in the room, right in my “capsule,” and a huge one in the shower. The café upstairs is overpriced, probably just for the ”view”. Maybe other rooms have different conditions, but everything I’m describing applies to the first floor.
The only positive thing was the cleaning ladies — they were always cheerful, chatting, changing towels, and bringing water. The rest of the staff, unfortunately, were not helpful.
Overall, I had an unpleasant experience with both the hotel and Trip.com support. After this, I’ll never book for more than a couple of days.

The hotel location is excellent, very close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk. Downstairs, the alley is full of food options, including a Lanzhou Lamian (hand-pulled noodles) place that serves generous portions of meat.
The room is cleaned daily and is very tidy. The service attitude is also great, and there's an elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw.
P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water.

The deluxe room with a balcony was excellent – spacious, with a soft bed (and surprisingly no moths, which is rare!), good internet, and in a very convenient location. They clean every day and bring fresh water. The staff is very friendly and quick to help if needed. On the downside, when I arrived, the room was very dirty and smelled of mold. However, after they cleaned it at my request and I aired it out, it was super. There's also less furniture than in the photos; I would have liked an additional armchair in the room and a chair and table on the balcony.

The hotel is extremely noisy, and no one seems to be keeping order. Besides the cardboard walls, during my stay there was a loud group of people who screamed furiously throughout the hotel for three hours until 5 a.m., but the management didn't seem to care. Plus, for the first time, I encountered a manager who seemed obsessed with taking a photo of my passport with his personal phone, even though a photocopy had always been sufficient in all other hotels. Also, the reservation stated that windows may have limited visibility, but in my case, there was no window in the room at all.
