The room has a beautiful view of the erhai lake but we have to keep the curtain close as our room and toilet is the same level as the walkway so there are always people walking around literally just outside our window. The lack of privacy is a minus point for me .
Best to get a room with balcony so you can enjoy the view while maintaining privacy
Other than that, I love the hotel because
- staff was very friendly and helpful and took the time to msg me via wechat to make sure I got the correct address a few days before our arrival
-breakfast was nice, you can enjoy the breakfast with a beautiful view of the lake
-hotel has a pretty garden, you can check it out too
-very cosy and not too many guests even during peak season - it was nice to just chill at hotel's seating area

One of the best hotels we stayed in so far in China. The service was exceptional, all of the staff there were so kind and treated us so well. Specially Stella, who was the kindest ever, spoke English and helped us with so many things during our stay. I cannot thank Stella and the whole staff of the hotel enough, they made our stay so pleasant. Also, the views from the hotel were amazing and the location as well. Highly recommend and would most definitely come back.

View is somewhat blocked, able to see sunrise but blocked by that very tree in the ideal position. For the hotel's amenities and food, in my honest opinion, doesn't worth that amount paid for the stay.

The B&B is close to Erhai Lake, and you can see the scenery of Erhai Lake from the balcony. The owner of the B&B is very enthusiastic, the service provided is very nice, and the room arranged is very satisfactory. The room is clean and hygienic, the view outside the window is very beautiful, and the breakfast is also very unique. I will stay here again if I have the chance to come to Dali next time.

Check-in was a bit of a hassle, but the service from the front desk lady and brother was very good. It's also a good place to check in and take photos. The location is great. The stay is absolutely comfortable. It's the first choice for staying in Haixi
