My husband's undergraduate class reunion for the 20th anniversary. We booked the room about two months ago. This location is the best and most convenient hotel for activities in Dalian University of Technology. The room should have been renovated. The window design is very good. It is a whole glass like a picture frame. When the weather is good, the view of Dalian University of Technology from the room is like a picture. The hotel has a door to directly enter the Dalian University of Technology. There are electric bicycles on campus for short-term rental.
The hotel did not provide breakfast, and we did not have breakfast in the hotel.
The lunch banquet for college teachers was on the second floor restaurant of the hotel. The dishes tasted good and the seafood was fresh.
There were weddings on both days of the weekend.
The sound insulation of the room was slightly poor. The sound was more obvious from the door.
There was nothing bad about other things. The latest for late check-out is 1 o'clock.

Stayed for two days and was really, really satisfied. The front desk sent a breakfast, which was very rich. Some snacks and small packaged tea cans were also given in the room (it said you can take them away). It felt very warm, like returning home, comfortable and comfortable. I hope I can continue to do this with my heart!

The hotel is really clean, has a great atmosphere, is quiet, and the service is very good. Hahahahaha. It was too cold at night. We asked for a quilt and it was delivered quickly. The front desk was very humorous. It felt almost like going home. Once we entered the room, it was really... It was very warm and they asked us if we wanted hot coffee. The service was very good and in place.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Upon arrival, I had to wait for more than 30minutes for someone to come and check me in. The lady I found a bit rude and not helpful. I was moved around from one room to another due to wifi issues. The room they moved me to was nice, just minor quality issues. Overall, I had a nice stay. The mattress was very comfortable.

GGuest UserI don’t know how many times I have stayed at Atour Hotel. Anyway, I always stay at this Atour Hotel when I come to Dalian. The breakfast is delicious, the room is warm and comfortable, and the service attitude of the staff cannot be said enough.
Speaking of service, I especially want to praise the beauty at the front desk, Yun Eun-ah. She is kind-hearted and treats customers quickly and well. I must give a special thumbs up and give a positive review.
The lady who tidies the room is also very nice. I'm sorry I forgot her name. I live on the sixth floor. Every time the lady tidies the room, she does things quickly, quickly and well.

GGuest UserMy family and I were amazed at this hotel! Since we were in Dalian in the dead of winter, I booked a hotel that my family (wife and 4 year old boy) would want to spend hours inside. This was just that! We booked the family room and when we came in, it was already setup with the special lights on full display! The gym was better than my local one that I overpay in, the pool was remarkable, and the food looked incredible. The only reason we didn't eat dinner was because we had local friends that took us to local restaurants. The location was terrific, right next to it were a bunch of delicious local Japanese restaurants. Absolutely book this hotel and if you're with a family book the family room! I want to give a special thanks to Bob 王旭 for going out of his way to make our stay even more special!

BBruce KWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was quaint with a very comfortable bed. Front desk were very accommodating, spoke some English to my benefit and helped us with everything. Housekeeping was considerate and cleaned room daily. Had breakfast daily and they offered a nice variety of food. It was enough to satisfy for the morning. We even left for a short trip to Shanghai and returned to the same hotel for a few more days. Staff held our excess luggage until we returned which was awesome. Some nice authentic restaurants nearby made it all a great experience. Thank you.

CCeejay85While the hotel is downtown, it's not as centrally located as other places closer to the water. There was an issue with dishes being left behind, and the staff was picky about charging for a sprite that i had replaced already. Still it was a good hotel overall

GGuest UserStayed 43rd floor club room, room quality was good and very comfortable. We enjoyed club lounge for breakfast and cocktail time, both the club IC manager Betty welcomed us very well. The club lounge staff are all friendly and served us with nice hospitality. Enjoyed stay at the Intercontinental Dalian. We are sure back IC Dalian again!!

GGuest UserBring parents and children to play. Although the details are different from those in Japan, the whole environment is really Japanese. The service here is really good, especially the employee who was in charge when we checked in (although I don’t know his name, I’m very grateful🙏). Because there is a baby, everyone takes good care of it and helps to bring a crib. The hot spring area is very clean and healing, and the water where the children swim is also clean. It happened to be in autumn, and the courtyard with red leaves is beautiful!
It would be better if the entire venue facilities were introduced when the guests checked in, children’s shower gel was prepared in the room where children stayed, and fragile items on the coffee table were taken away☺️
Bringing parents and children here will definitely not disappoint you, a pleasant accommodation experience👍
