Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas Reviews

The sheets and pillowcases were dirty on the first day of our stay. Despite reporting the issue, no one came to resolve it, and they wouldn't let us check out. The air conditioning unit was also inside the room, making for a truly terrible experience.

Sink cold water doesn’t work

The room was large, the facilities weren't new but overall it was good, and the service was prompt and attentive.

Hilton is the oldest and worst hotel brand. The quilt has holes in it and they haven't changed it yet.

Good location, convenient transportation, high cost performance, good sanitary conditions and warm service.

A bit old, the deposit refund was not timely, and the check-in time was very late.

這次入住體驗很不錯，房間空間寬敞舒適，還有獨立客廳區域，整理行李非常方便。房間採光明亮，床鋪舒適好睡，整體環境乾淨整潔。 喜歡的是窗外的市區景觀，白天可以欣賞達拉斯市中心的建築風景，視野開闊。飯店地點便利，附近有餐廳、商店及景點，步行即可到達。

住之前還有點忐忑，因為在市中心寸土寸金的位置，酒店比較老價格也便宜會不會不乾淨。事實證明我多想了～非常乾淨整潔，安保也很到位，必須刷卡才能上樓。

チェックインのときも拙い英語ながら丁寧に対応してくれた。 最寄り駅までのアクセスが非常によく、空港線の駅まで徒歩1分なので、夜中出歩いても安心だった！

2泊しました。ベットが広くて快適に過ごすことができました。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました😊
