距離沙灘近，游泳回來很方便，停車場較大，樓頂有晾衣架，方便晾衣服。酒店房間較小，相比服務和設施，價位稍高

酒店的設施還是不錯的，衞生條件也很好，就是隔音比較差，庭院很有熱帶風情，並且離海邊非常非常近，馬鑾灣確實是值得一去的絕佳度假勝地。

酒店位於海灘邊上，景色宜人；對於樂於海上嬉鬧的人非常合適。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生。早餐品種豐富，味道可口!

酒店從環境到房間到服務到文創產品，品質一流非常用心，早歺也非常豐富，出門就是馬鑾灣風景區，景色宜人，還可以看到帆船訓練，為福建漳州東山島點贊。

比較了很多民宿和酒店，最後選擇這家，算是這邊比較大的酒店。感覺還是選對了。酒店後面就是沙灘，幾步路就到了，位置還是很好的，在房間可以看到一點點大海，衞生和服務都不錯，周邊環境也很好，沿着海邊散步好舒適。東山島的沙灘很乾凈，雖然沙子顏色比較深，但沙子很細軟。

下次來東山還會入住的酒店，衞生和早餐都很不錯，帶長者和孩子來遊玩，安全第一，初二晚上到的東山，先選的海景公寓房，臟亂差不説，停車還沒地方，果斷取消訂單，晚上9點選擇了這個金沙幹部酒店入住，孩子説媽媽拜了媽祖廟的，老天都讓我們不住公寓房。
酒店從前台到打掃衞生的小姐姐，阿姨們都很熱情，還送挖沙小工具，早餐也很豐富，沒有什麼預製菜品，都是現做的熱食。沙灘在酒店背後1分鐘路程，早上5點可以去趕海和看日出，晚上就漲潮了，不過也可以在岸邊喝咖啡吃美食，很美的海景，除了房間不能看海，哪哪都比公寓別墅強太多了，全家決定暑假再來圓不能游泳的遺憾。
