Sheraton Montreal Airport Hotel

All I can say is not as good as picture shows but at least it’s clean and tidy.

I stayed for three consecutive nights and left a $5 tip each day. However, only the first day was properly cleaned. On the second day, the cleaning was very careless — the bathroom floor and the room floor were not cleaned at all. They only replaced the towels and straightened the bed. The shuttle driver, on the other hand, was very kind and even  helped carry the luggage.

Very convenient location. Our flight was cancelled and reschedule to night time and the hotel nicely allowed for late check out. The only challenge for us was the restaurant. As we arrived the restaurant in between breakfast and lunch time, we were not able to order until 12pm. But that is minor, overall a good experience.

Great hotel staff is very friendly. A booked the hotel online prepaid and they didn't accept my Chinese debit card, but accepted cash as a deposit. They shuttle from the airport to hotel and vice versa is free and the drive is less than 15 minutes. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything is great, except the hotel is larger than I thought. It could be a long walk from reception to your room. I like it is wood/laminate floor inside the room, no more smelly carpet.

I don't know why airport hotels are so terrible at soundproofing, but this one was one of the worst I have ever stayed at. I was put in the "quiet" wing, but was woken up constantly by the HVAC machine starting up and shutting down. Then the constant door slamming and voices in the hallway that are typical of airport hotels. All this meant I got nearly zero hours of sleep and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Also, the shuttle drivers in both directions were surly and unhelpful.
