The best hostel I've stayed ever. Extremely friendly staff (All of them) who will go miles to help me out as I had some booking issues. Rooms were perfect, not too crowded and all the facilities (toilets, beds) are top notch for hostel. Its a hotel-standard hostel. Kudos to the staff for making my stay such a memorable and pleasant one. Thank you!

A great stay! Definitely don't get turned off by the words hostels or bunk beds. The place is very cozy. Has amazing stuff. Great dining options and bar options all right there.

Stayed here for 3 nights, had a lovely family stay in the bunk house, shared kitchen was great with everything you need to cater for the family.
Staff were lovely, had a lovely breakfast in the restaurant.
Brilliant location for exploring the highlands. Definitely stay again when we come back. Excellent for families.

A family of 4; stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a restaurant next to the place and hence the parking can be a challenge. The check in was plain sailing, the accommodation was sparkling clean, a new building with basic facilities (good shower, towels and bed/mattress). Had a good night sleep. Decent wi-fi. We had dinner at the restaurant, very busy; great tasty food and very good service.
There is a common kitchen at the accommodation with all amenities and there is a co-op nearby to get some breakfast essentials. We choose to have our own as we were getting up late everyday. Check out was easy- a great quiet place in a great location to visit Loch Ness- I would recommend and will be happy to return-thank you.

We had a great stay. The room was spacious, clean, bright, lots of windows, and had a nice view of the river right behind the bunkhouse. The kitchen facilities were extremely useful (though no coffee machine or French press).
The restaurant was also top notch. Excellent food at a very reasonable price. The staff at every level was extremely friendly. Would definitely stay again.
