Wifi connection is weak, bathroom no tub, no coffee heater, tv is not clear channels it’s blurry.. But so far our stay was a little bit good,hopefully will improve next time.

The hotel we are currently at is fine but they changed our hotel last moment and the reception is very rude at mount royal hotel where they shifted us. Also we were overcharged the tourism fee and when i showed him the payment to be made which was mentioned on my trip.com booking they told us to go back.

The receptionist  with sunglass is super impolite and unprofessional. He level of customer service is -1. I came in with a friend who was helping out and I did my checkin, I never knew visitors aren’t allowed in the room. He rudely sought on us tell us don’t you know visitors are not allowed chasing my friend out and offering to cancel instead of politely tell us there rules.  There is zero amenities, no kettle nor coffee yet they charge same price like the hotels offering those services.  The washroom have a very bad smell and the shower fixtures are extremely unhygienic.  If you’re a sensitive person, this is a hell for you as you will be exposed to containers of disease.

Poor service dirty lobby and dirty toilets plus the receptionist was so rude on upon multiple requests he still refused to provide us with the service. He also bluntly asked me if I don’t like it you leave. Would never recommend very poorly handled service.

The location is good, but the hotel staff's interactions, especially with Arab guests, were appalling. 0 out of 10.

Bad smell in room and weird scratchy noise coming from closet area - not sure if it was a rodent inside but did stay to find out. I left 4 hours after checking in .

Absolutely terrible, do not book.

It was horrible. The service was terrible. The noise was unbearable, and the cleanliness was also very poor.

It was good stay there. We enjoyed there. Room was good,clean and quite. Staff was good, kind and helpful.

No slippers or towels were provided, and the air conditioning was leaking.

It was a last-minute stay, and it was just okay.

According to price hotel was good. But services are not so upto the marn

Absolutely filthy and squalid. A truly unbearable sight.
