There was no toothbrush kit provided. I called the hotel in advance to confirm whether the buffet breakfast was available, and they assured me that it was. However, when I arrived at the reception, I was informed that the restaurant was under renovation, so the buffet breakfast was not available. The hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made the environment unpleasant. The TV remote was dirty and did not work properly. The walls also appeared damaged and in need of repair. In addition, complimentary drinking water was not provided. Overall, this is a budget hotel that is suitable only if you need a basic place to sleep. Don’t expect any amenities or a particularly comfortable stay.

The white fort hotel is located in banyas square, neart Banyas metro station. In the market center.

The airconditioner is not working the room is very hot calling reception saying they will send electrecian but nothing worth

To be fair. The price is very good and affordable. But the customer service was very bad and did not even meet the normal standard way for other hotels. You can get support from the reception especially the Pakistani guy . The cleaning is not coming to you unless you request it. There is nothing available in the room even one bottle of water for welcoming.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! When reaching there they sent us to another location Khaleej then that hotel refuse also then again sending us to another hotel late night already.

Bad service how many time we inform then we would like yo clean our room but still no one to come until we check out, not recommended

We didnt enjoy to stay in that hotel i was staying 2 days and i leave the room whole day but no one clean our room we thought when we coming back frm outside we was expecting that they clean our room but no one not same like other hotel when we stay before no even water free no toothbrush for free so dissapointed
