Rotana Hotels in Dubai

My review is based on a sincere feedback to help others learn about this hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay with my family. However, I was somewhat disappointed because the services were slow in terms of receiving what I asked for after a quite long time. I hope they would be faster in responding to customer’s requests in future.

One of the surprises we got during the trip was that we were upgraded to a room type. Although we arrived very late, the confirmation was very quick and the service was very good. The environment is great. I highly recommend staying. One of the joys of traveling comes from having a pleasant and relaxing hotel time.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share my amazing experience at this hotel I recently stayed at. Everything was absolutely fantastic and the service was top-notch! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly staff that went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

The room has a view of the Burj Al Arab and part of the marina area. The location is in a building next to the company, and the lobby is directly connected to Arjaan Office Tower, which is very convenient. The price in the off-season is acceptable. There is Tram T1 nearby, which can go to the subway station; there is also bus No. 84, which can go to The Mall of Eirmates.

The hotel is across the road from the creek, so the so-called creek view rooms are on the road. The hotel is connected to the apartment, but they are independent. There are several restaurants inside the hotel, and it is convenient to eat around. The breakfast is rich. The room is average, and I am generally satisfied, but there is no light on the desk, so it is a bit dim if I work at the desk. The outdoor rooftop swimming pool (the last picture) is relatively small, and the scenery is good at night.

Very good location. Clean room.  Some of the staff were super friendly and others were not helpful. I would stay again here given I spend most of my time exploring Dubai and just need a good place to sleep

For the first time I encountered the fact that when booking on Trip.com it gives one price, but when you start booking it gives you another one that is 16-17% higher. The hotel itself takes a very long time to be occupied, everything looks old and shabby. It's not very comfortable. The room is very cold, the air conditioning was turned off immediately, but even in the morning it was still very cold, the breakfasts were very weak and there was constant confusion.
