The hotel is in a good location, the hotel rooms are comfortable, there are smoking rooms, and it is smoker-friendly. In addition, taxis are convenient around the hotel, but it is prone to traffic jams, so people who need to travel early should pay attention.
For the first time I encountered the fact that when booking on Trip.com it gives one price, but when you start booking it gives you another one that is 16-17% higher. The hotel itself takes a very long time to be occupied, everything looks old and shabby. It's not very comfortable. The room is very cold, the air conditioning was turned off immediately, but even in the morning it was still very cold, the breakfasts were very weak and there was constant confusion.

The hotel is across the road from the creek, so the so-called creek view rooms are on the road. The hotel is connected to the apartment, but they are independent. There are several restaurants inside the hotel, and it is convenient to eat around. The breakfast is rich.
The room is average, and I am generally satisfied, but there is no light on the desk, so it is a bit dim if I work at the desk.
The outdoor rooftop swimming pool (the last picture) is relatively small, and the scenery is good at night.
Overall OK.
Due to traffic problems after a heavy rain, we didn't check in at the hotel until the morning. The staff flexibly accommodated our late checkout.
The bed is very comfortable, but the hotel room and facilities are relatively old, and the hygiene aspect is acceptable.

The room has a view of the Burj Al Arab and part of the marina area. The location is in a building next to the company, and the lobby is directly connected to Arjaan Office Tower, which is very convenient. The price in the off-season is acceptable. There is Tram T1 nearby, which can go to the subway station; there is also bus No. 84, which can go to The Mall of Eirmates.

After checking in, I waited in the hotel lobby for 30 minutes. The hotel lobby provided drinks for customers and there were many sofas in the hotel lobby.
After opening the room, I found that the hotel room was quite large, but the windows could not be opened. The staff prepared disposable slippers for customers in advance, which was very considerate. There were many clothes drying racks in the cabinet, which was good, and the shower room was also large. The sheets and quilts feel like they are new, which is good.
The hotel is near the community. Walking a few dozen meters to the right from the hotel entrance, there is a gift shop that is very common in Dubai. It also sells daily necessities at relatively favorable prices. A few steps forward, there is a small Sri Lankan restaurant. Anyway, it feels quite new to me. , there are also pastries in that small restaurant.
I left this hotel and chose another hotel because the windows in this hotel could not be opened.
Very good location. Clean room.
Some of the staff were super friendly and others were not helpful.
I would stay again here given I spend most of my time exploring Dubai and just need a good place to sleep

Perfectly located in JBR across the beach. I mistakenly booked the sea view room instead of the sea facing room I stayed in previously. Sea facing room has a much better view however sea view is slightly obstructed by other buildings. Room was ok but dated and a few things needed fixing. They were redoing the atrium and therefore the middle of the hotel is boarded up. Breakfast was ok however repetitive daily and would’ve preferred more variety. Overall though it was a good stay, however I preferred it more when I went in 2017

GGuest UserWe was given a complementary upgrade on arrival, beautiful clean hotel and fantastic customer service. We have never stayed in a 5star so this place defo exceeded our expections. The staff including the cleaners acknowledge you will a hello and smile.
The rooms are cleaned at a high standard and the breakfast is lovely too. I wish spent more time exploring this hotel and use its amenities.
Will defo book again next time I
