Best Beach Hotels in Dubai

"It's a mixed bag, rooms are clean and tidy but furniture is old, some furniture is very old, for example the tv is from ps2 Era, no hdmi port, tv channels are analog and look like tvs from the 90s, the sofa was broken, they refused to repair it or replace it with another one, they offered a free extra bed for the baby as a compensation,which ruined the room and we had to ask them to remove it and preferred to use the broken sofa; it's not a good sign when your guest thinks sleeping on a broken sofa is the best option you have given them. Staff is friendly but not all of them are experienced, for example, when I checked in I didn't have cash for the 300 dhz security deposit, so I used my debit card... it turned out that they hold the deposit with actually debitting, which works for credit cards but for doesn't for debit cards I still haven't been refunded the 300 and they didn't take responsibility for it even though the staff manager was involved... they said I should contact the bank, but it's their fault they should have asked if it was a debit or credit card. They even had the nerve to ask for 20 dhz for 1 broken glass and 1 broken cup (in reality those are cheap cup and glass that cost them like 1 dhz each), saying I needed to pay in order for them to issue a void command on their point of sale, which I did because it was only 20 dhz and I didn't have the time to argue, i hopes that someday 300 dhz will be refunded to my account. Overall, it was an average experience given the price I paid, about 190dhz in April, which is not high season for Dubai and still not summer ... In summer It needs to be no more than 110 to make sense since it is 15 mins walking from nearest metro station and you would have to rely exclusively on taxis to move around."

"I was here first time 8 years ago, it was very very vibrant hotel with cool hotel vibes first class experience it was very cool and dynamic at this time But this year i was at this hotel it was not so perfect experience everywhere dark the atmosphere is little creepy because no lights -- it seems they didn't change towels or bed covers the last 10 years they didn't change anything for the last 10 tlyears maybe thats why it has a little creepy desolate atmosphere please renovate the rooms and change the furniture there are so many alternatives (modern &cheap)in dubai that's why it would be highly recommended to get back to the old/new level"

"It was really nice stay except the specific time i couldn’t use the water :) But it was just during my stay so i think the maintenance is already done ! The hotel is so clean and it’s really close from the subway station (10 mins by walk) 아마 수리중이어서 호텔 가격이 다른 호텔에 비해 저렴했던 것이 아닐까 생각해요. 새벽에 물이 안나와서 당황했는데 호텔 측에서는 이미 고지했다더라구요. 알고보니 그냥 문앞에 종이 한장 띡 ㅠㅠㅠ 이거 빼고는 호텔 침구 머리카락 한톨 없이 깨끗했구요 테이블이 넓어서 업무차 오시는 분들께도 좋을 것 같아요. 추천합니다! 하우스키퍼들도 친절했어요 😊"

"Amazing stay. Despite being at the outskirts of Dubai, it has a really good connection to the city centre as well as airport by metro. The mall next door is authentic and impressive. The team did their best to ensure we had the best experience, including decorating the room for our anniversary, early check-in, late check out, and keeping our luggage while we explored Dubai."

"It was our 1rst experience with Trip.com and really was afraid that my reservation could go wrong, to my surprise all went great at the hotel we got room upgraded to a big suite room with 2 bathrooms a separated kitchen area and big sitting/dining room, and 2 TVs in the suite. Hotel’s atmosphere is bit old fashioned but is ok as we were in a Business trip. Hotel is 200m away from metro station very convenient. Our room was perfectly isolated and away from the street, bed and mattress was very comfortable, size of the room is good. In the cupboard you’ll find shirts iron and it’s stand, a safe, a body weighing scale… Kitchen fully equipped with microwave, fridge, washing machine, cooktop, hood, kitchen utensils… Stuff was friendly too. Lots of restaurants and mini markets around the hotel too. A recommended place to stay in Dubai"

"The hotel is very comfortable and the room is clean, functional, equipped kitchen and washing machine, the sofa is convertible, which offers extra bed in addition to the room. The reception staff is welcome, laughing and very helpful, a special mention for Augustine, Thiri and Mohammed. I also made several requests for my comfort in the apartment and all my requests were met. I recommend Grand Height Hotel."
