What a good place to stay! Clean and big room with a lovely balcony. All the staff at the hotel are really nice, big appreciation to duo Ryan and Yogi at the resto who always understand our needs. Special thanks to Ms Triayu in the front desk who introduce me to myvalue application so I don’t lost my point during my stay at Santika.

The check-in and check-out process is fast, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast menu is varied although there are some menus that need to be improved, there are adult and children swimming pools available. Satisfied staying here in order to travel on the island of Bangka.
