I would have given higher stars, but it was not disclosed to me that the property was under construction. Jacuzzi was closed front lobby area, very cluttery disorganized. However, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was very good.

Me and my family never checked in because when we pulled up to the place there was people yelling in the parking lot and the whole place was trashy

Under renovation. The workout room had the equipment, but there were no cups for water, no towels, no paper towels. The restrooms by the workout room & pool were not in service, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was very good, especially the scrambled eggs. The staff was helpful.

Property was being renovated. Lobby was a construction zone. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and no signs of construction on the 2nd floor. Three night stay (Thu - Sun). Was told housingkeeping would make up the room Saturday (acceptable given we needed to get ready for a wedding Saturday night). Found out our room was not on the housingkeeping list for Saturday (had to get clean towels and dispose of garbage). I understand restrictions went into place during COVID; but in a post COVID world, cleaning rooms needs to get back to normal.

The staff was awful. Very few breakfast items compare to other hotels.

Wished we had known the property was under construction: no hot tub, murky pool, one elevator out, a bag breakfast in the hallway and from room 337 it took over three minutes to get hot water in the shower or faucet.

This was the first time I have checked out of a hotel early after having a non-refundable room. For those looking to stay here in the next few months, I would suggest going elsewhere. The hotel is undergoing major renovations and many of the amenities are not available, plus the noise and dust do not make for a pleasant stay. When we first arrived, the lobby was being torn down around us, and we were informed that there would not be any hot breakfast available for the duration of our stay. (they did have a very makeshift basic continental breakfast) Inconvenient, yes, but at least they had a gym and laundry facilities we could use. Well the next day I went downstairs to find those were closed down and being dismantled as well. Well at least I could use the hot tub....nope closed as well. Disappointed, I went to take the elevator back up to the room only to find one of them out of service, which it remained for the duration of our stay. I tried to retreat to the room to try and get some rest. Not to be because the jackhammering of the renovations began in earnest directly below us first thing in the morning and lasted all day. I fully understand that improvements have to be made, however the management should have closed the entire hotel rather than have frustrated guests. The staff were trying their best and were very helpful, however they should not have to be put in a position of constantly having to apologize for poor planning by management.

This was a decent enough hotel. The amenities and areas are old and outdated even though it says they have renovated. Their breakfast is very limited, no fruit or waffles. And only half and half creamer and 2 coffee flavors. The elevators and carpets are definitely in need of updating. The rooms are nice and the layouts are spacious but the outlets are broken and old. The location is not ideal either, not walkable to anything close. Overall this hotel is fine for the price for a short trip but not long term. There are better options in the area.
