We stayed at ”The Heritage Club” for two days, as we were leaving Shillong our small child got really sick and had to be admitted to the Dr. H. G. Roberts Hospital in Shillong. After all the admission procedures, we approached Vivanta Meghalaya for reservations of 3rooms for a day. After understanding our condition and position we were in, Ms. Komal of reservations was so kind to offer us the rooms in the emergency. Mr. Verdy, at the reception was so helpful and supportive of our situation and extremely nice for all our small requests. The entire staff from the lady gatekeeper, the reception, the porters and the ushers at the dining hall were so helpful and kind. This hotel really upholds the name of its franchise with respect to hospitality and kindness. Please do not ever lose your humanity and humbleness.

Nice place and situated a good location to spend some time and relax. The staff team is very polite and courteous. Food quality is also very good. But the park is not well maintained.
