The room is very good and the location is great, on the commercial street, and downstairs is the pedestrian street mall. It only takes three minutes to walk to the West Lake with the musical fountain, where you can easily catch the sunset. The lady at the front desk also gave me a free room upgrade! Thanks~

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets. The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates. The hotel was located close to the airport so it was convenient for me to spend one night there after arriving in Hangzhou at around 11 o'clock. However, the room that was provided to me had a fishy smell coming from the bathroom which was slightly displeasing. But overall everything else seemed to be fine and i was able to sleep well during the entire night as the bed was comfortable.

location is good, 3 minutes walking distance to Feng Qi MRT station, and 10 minutes to WuLin night market, around 15 minutes to the most happening shopping area in the town. i got an upgrade on my room, but my room cant lock at the night, TV and my phone unable connect to the free wifi, you'll need to download an app to connect it which is not convenient to foreigner. The plus point is the staff super friendly, not easy to access to other floor, and this is kinda safe for hotel guests. laundry service only available till 10pm.

The next day I got up very early, enjoyed the beautiful panoramic sunset of Anji, and fell asleep one by one. Great location to visit the West Lake, easy metro access from/to the train station, staff is very kind and patient, they went out of their way to help/accommodate me - the language barrier wasn't a problem! While there are signs of wear and tear and some finishings are poorly executed, the design remains esthetically pleasing, the room is quiet, the place is clean, the bed is confortable, the water is hot and the pressure is good. They serve coffee and tea in the morning and you can get breakfast pastries in the bakeries nearby or in the big mall next to the hotel. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and cozy here and recommend booking this place! Please note the correct name is Color Story hotel, and so that is the sign/address you should look for.

It is no problem to live in three big and one small. The fragrance likes the smart toilet. Clean and tidy, high safety factor Downstairs is the street but it is not noisy at all. It is very convenient to eat and drink in the coffee shop downstairs. It is very convenient to go out in Hefang Street. It is very convenient to go to the Drum Tower. But if you are going to play West Lake, it is recommended to go in the morning and start to get a taxi in the afternoon. The driver refuses to load. (Because it's not too far back here) It is worth mentioning that the front desk brother is very, very enthusiastic and professional. It makes people feel like a spring breeze.
