The room was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive, making for an excellent stay. Highly recommended! Good soundproofing, nice decor, and I loved the interior design style.

The location is unbeatable! The Ding'an Road subway station is right outside the hotel, super convenient. They even upgraded our room for free. The service and cleanliness were excellent, and the late-night congee for breakfast was also great. My colleague said this hotel is now her permanent favorite! It's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere, which is especially important in the summer!

I had a wonderful stay here. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, especially the lovely lady with glasses, who took such great care of me. The room was spacious, comfortable, and airy. A thanks also goes to the adorable robot that delivered food to my room every night, it was such a fun and convenient touch! The location is excellent: the metro station, public bicycles, and bus stops are all just steps away. There is also a shopping mall directly across the street, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The route from the hotel to West Lake is beautiful and very pleasant as well. This hotel will definitely be my first choice when I return to Hangzhou!

The hotel is within walking distance of Yiwu International Trade Centre (district one). If you do not plan to visit district one, you'd better find another hotel, because the walking distance is pretty far from one district to another. We had early check-in (around 12 pm), and the checkout time is 2 pm. The room was decent, with a small bathroom. There was a hook that fell off, maybe it wasn't sticking to the wall properly. The hotel has a footbath (you can ask the receptionist how to use it). I hope that they will put instructions on how to use the footbath. My mom said her hair becomes itchy, after washing her hair with the hotel’s shampoo. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer for clothes, as well as for shoes. The breakfast was not bad, but I feel like the plates and utensils are not clean (still greasy).

The hotel is very close to West Lake, making it super convenient for getting around. If you get hungry in the middle of the night, you can just go downstairs for a late-night snack, and there's a Haidilao right next door. The hotel is pretty much in the city center, and the facilities are great. They even have a dryer and washing machine available. Finding your room is easy too, with clear signs on the walls – very thoughtful.

This time I stayed in a single-family 6-bedroom villa in Linhu, with a wide view and first-class view. The six-bedroom scale is luxurious, the decoration is exquisite, the supporting facilities are complete, the privacy is strong, the facilities are complete, the lake view, each room can see the lake view, the large floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is wide, the lake view is panoramic, the karaoke, the chess and card room, the billiard table are available, you can also barbecue, cook by yourself [strong] The space is comfortable and the functional partition is reasonable. The facilities are high-end, the sanitation is meticulous, the service is intimate, the perfect choice for family travel or team building, and I will come next time I have a chance [rose]

They work quickly and politely serve every guest with care. Room Cleaning Staff: The housekeeping crew does a fantastic job. They keep rooms spotless, quiet, and well-stocked every single day. Overall, this hotel gives you comfort, convenience, and friendly service in the heart of the city.

A Truly Refreshing Stay at Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou) My recent stay at the Vienna International Hotel in Fuyang Changkou was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. As a frequent traveler, I have high expectations for comfort, service, and value, and this hotel exceeded them all. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant and distinctively European lobby. The check-in process was swift and seamless, handled by the incredibly polite and professional front desk staff. They greeted me with genuine warmth and were very helpful in answering my questions about the local area. My room was a haven of comfort. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The signature Vienna aesthetic, with its classic touches and soothing color palette, created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable – the mattress and pillows provided perfect support, ensuring I had two nights of deep, restful sleep. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection, a flat-screen TV, and a powerful air conditioning system that allowed me to set the perfect room temperature. The ensuite bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure in the shower and a generous supply of hot water. While I didn't have time to explore all the hotel facilities, the overall environment was quiet and peaceful, which is crucial for a business traveler. The hotel's location in the Changkou area of Fuyang was convenient for my needs, offering a respite from the busier city center while still being accessible. What truly stood out, however, was the consistent high level of service. Every staff member I encountered, from the housekeeping team to the breakfast attendants, was courteous and attentive. In conclusion, my stay at the Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou) was outstanding. It offers exceptional value for money, combining top-notch comfort, impeccable cleanliness, and superb service. I would not hesitate to choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant stay.

The room was spacious and clean, with a great aesthetic. The projection screen was a nice touch, making it perfect for families with kids, and excellent value for money. The front desk staff, especially the guy, was very helpful. We could use the microwave and refrigerator. The airport drop-off service was also very thoughtful; you just need to book the time at the front desk when you check in. They'll call your room to remind you before departure. It's only about a 10-minute drive from Xiaoshan Airport, so it's a great choice if you have an early flight.

Same as feedback from other guests, this hotel (technically not a hotel but condo units converted into hotel rooms) has the best location. It is located along Yingtai walking street, and just 100m away from west lake as well as the jetty. It is also very near to subway. Location wise is a full score. But it is very difficult to locate the hotel since Jinbailan only operates L5 and L9 of that condo as their hotel rooms. So, you will not find big signage ”金柏澜” on building exterior. Please see my attached pictures for the building exterior and the doorway to get to the lifts and go to L9 to find their reg counter. Since it is not a full fledge hotel, the room's facilities is really nothing to shout about. You will feel like going back home. That said, because of its superb location, unless I can find better alternative with better value-for-money, I will stay here again on my next return trip.
