The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets. The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates. is quite nice to overnight at here for the next day morning transit...is budget & clean hotel to stay for a few hours....we didnt call hotel to pick us at airport during arrival because we using roaming...but we use their free shuttle van from hotel to airport...is very good to hv this service because is hard to call didi during early morning...will visit again next time..because flight delay cant hv time to go around...

This hotel is close to Fengqi Rd Station which easily access to all the need at Hangzhou. We love it. Thank you.

It's a very comfortable homestay. It can be seen everywhere that it is run with heart. I want to stay for a few more days when I have time. Facilities 🛏️: The room has a full set of TOTO washbasins and toilets. The mattress is very soft and comfortable. I didn't want to sleep at all during my stay. The floor of the hall is clean and shiny, and there are fallen leaves in the yard🍂 is also normal Restaurant 🍴: The dishes of the homestay are cooked by the aunt. The local taste is light and the local fresh ingredients are used. If one person has a dish and a soup, 70-80 per person is very appetizing. I have chosen this loft room type for a long time. It can be said that it is perfect. The floor bed upstairs is too friendly to the children. The room is very large. It is suitable for family travel. It is no problem to live in three big and one small. The fragrance likes the smart toilet. Clean and tidy, high safety factor Downstairs is the street but it is not noisy at all. It is very convenient to eat and drink in the coffee shop downstairs. It is very convenient to go out in Hefang Street. It is very convenient to go to the Drum Tower. But if you are going to play West Lake, it is recommended to go in the morning and start to get a taxi in the afternoon. The driver refuses to load. (Because it's not too far back here) It is worth mentioning that the front desk brother is very, very enthusiastic and professional. It makes people feel like a spring breeze. Ele Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions.

It’s a superb hotel. Front office staffs are friendly and helpful. Especially Tina is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is brilliant. Rooms are very small. No space to keep luggage. No safe locker and mini fridge not provided in the room. Chinese tea , other tea and coffee is available at the ground level for 24 hours. In the afternoon you can have complimentary baked sweet potatoes. It’s very good. Housekeeping cleaning is not at all perfect. They never clean the used glasses , also the toilet. Just make up the bed only. But overall it’s a good property.

First of all, the location is excellent. You can walk a few steps to the right of the hotel to reach the entrance of Gate 2, which is so convenient! The room was quite large and cleanly decorated, which made me, a mysophobic person, very comfortable. (I forgot to take pictures of the inside of the room, but of the external environment.) I decided to renew the reservation for another night. I originally planned to stay in Nanxun Ancient Town for one night. , I gave up living there. What’s interesting is that the two chairs in the room can be rotated while sitting on them. There is a parking lot below the window for convenience, and there is a river and the scenery is nice. The boss was very enthusiastic. He carried our luggage upstairs and introduced us to a restaurant where we could eat. He also drove us to the old street for free and to the parking lot of the scenic spot. The service was very good! Will recommend friends to stay here. There is also a small problem that I forgot to remind the boss at the time. The temperature of the bath water is unstable. When adjusting the water, it is either hot or cold. I hope they can pay attention to it. All in all, staying here is a good choice!

This homestay is really beyond expectations, the location is invincible, next to the Xuyi Art Museum, very close to Lu Xun's hometown and other attractions. The boss was very nice. He upgraded the room for us during the Spring Festival to make my parents live very comfortable. The room layout is one step at a time, and Xu Xun's paintings are very elegant. The homestay was built on the Taimen building. It has local characteristics, rich breakfast, different daily dishes, and the taste is very good. The sisters who received were attentive and smiling. Thank them for their warm hospitality. They will continue to punch in Shaoxing in the future. Five-star recommendation! ! !
