Very satisfied, comfortable stay, beautiful scenery. The beauty of Lofoten in winter has three elements: snow❄️, sunshine, and aurora. The hotel service is very good, and the scenery is outside the window of the superior room.

The next day I saw the aurora again. Don't sign up for the light chasing group, it's an IQ tax. You can watch the sky at will from 18:00 to 20:00 in the evening. As long as there are stars, it has little to do with the kp parameters
Almost 0 service Apartment, and the room type that was confirmed repeatedly before the reservation was finally stayed in the wrong room type. There is no front desk service, because we are understandable for the Christmas holiday. But when I arrived, I gave an envelope and wrote the room number, but I didn't tell the room that it was not in this building, and the perfunctory attitude that didn't explain anything! I will never live again! However, Trip.com customer service is responsible for helping coordinate and support, but Trip.com informs this Apartment that it does not admit mistakes and refuses to settle claims! Then there is nothing to say!
