The hotel room has a large window, offering good natural light, and the room itself is very clean. Check-in at the front desk was super fast. They also provide complimentary bottled water, which is great value for money. It's a perfect place to stay for travel or business trips, especially during the flower season. I highly recommend it. Plus, there's a free laundry room and dryer available on the 3rd floor.

I stayed at this hotel for one night before an early morning flight out of Zhengzhou Airport, and overall, it was a smooth experience. The location is excellent — just a short drive from the airport, which made getting to my flight stress-free. They also offered a free shuttle service, which was on time and very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed: a hot shower, reliable Wi-Fi, and a decent bed. I wouldn’t call it luxurious, but for a transit stay, it was more than adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful, even with limited English. They helped me arrange a taxi and made sure I knew the shuttle schedule. One small downside was that there weren’t many dining options nearby, but the hotel’s own restaurant had decent food at reasonable prices. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone needing a convenient overnight stay near the airport.

This is a rare find – a truly excellent hotel. We booked 3 rooms and they were all upgraded for free, which was a pleasant surprise. The stay was very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. What was even more unexpected was the complimentary bottled water available on every floor by the elevators, which made the hotel feel incredibly welcoming, just like home. The surrounding area is very convenient for food; there's a good restaurant next door, a few snack shops across the street, and even street vendors where you can buy fresh cucumbers.

Overall, it was very mediocre. The room temperature was around 30 degrees Celsius all night. I called the front desk, and they said the air conditioning was broken. They claimed they didn't expect Zhengzhou to warm up so quickly and didn't have time to fix it. What kind of excuse is that? I asked how they would deal with the hot room, and the staff told me to open the window for ventilation! The room was so stuffy and hot that I ended up sleeping with the curtains wide open. I seriously doubt Ctrip's ratings!!

Facilities: Exceptionally well-equipped. Cleanliness: I'm a bit of a clean freak, and the hygiene here was excellent. Environment: Loved the atmosphere, no strange odors in the room. Service: Incredibly warm and welcoming! They even gave us a souvenir and a free room upgrade. Luoyang Souvenir: The flower cakes were delicious! I'll be back for the Dragon Boat Festival, hope the prices don't go up. The room was very comfortable.

Our stay at Qichi Riverside B&B in Luoyang was truly wonderful! The location is great, very close to Luoyi Ancient City, and the surroundings are beautiful and quiet. The B&B host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. They helped us hang our clothes to dry and even lent us their phone number to order takeout 📱. Every day, there was hot coffee and milk tea available, and before we left, they even gave us a small gift. It was full of warm hospitality ❤️.

The price was reasonable, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was especially comfortable. Even though I have back problems, I slept soundly all night without any pain. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Luoyang.

Staying here feels like stepping back into the 1990s municipal government guesthouse; a plaque at the entrance even reads ”Shihe Hotel Militia Company,” though I forgot to take a picture, which gives you an idea of ​​the hotel's former prestige. Although it's a three-star hotel, it lives up to its reputation as a long-established hotel. The location is excellent, and the facilities are still complete, though a bit dated. However, the price-performance ratio is quite high; the room rate is reasonable, and parking is convenient and free. It would be even better if breakfast were included. Next door, there's a large sports field open to the public, where many people run, play ball, and exercise. The nearby Shihe Park is also very lively, making it very convenient for sightseeing in Xinyang.

Book the hotel for airport meet up..and hotel do have free pick up and drop off service running with different intervals during day n night! Just a little pissed off that the concierge wasn't trained well to handle foreign passport and that chk in process took quiet long time😅 which is awkward cos obviously you are an airport branch who caters mostly travelers from around the world not only China..hope the management could improve on that..asking people to go to the front desk repeatedly with passport or asking people to put passport in the delivery robot was not appropriate😪
