Guest UserI and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course.
1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 )
2) Everyday the room was cleaned.
3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way.
4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice.
Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators.
Photos are; from Breakfast and view from my 5th floor room. But down below of this view, the hotel looks at another hotesls' rooms and balconies.

JS2712Great location, within a 5-minute walk to the central station. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The suite is on the top floor (5th floor), which is a nice touch.
The room layout was a little unusual, with a narrow walkway and sloped ceilings due to the roof design. The shower area, including the alcove tub, felt somewhat awkward and may be less convenient for taller guests. There was also an RGB light above the shower, which was an interesting design choice (who uses red lighting for showering?)
The building has some old-world charm, though the room's floor creaked noticeably when walking around. The small balcony was pleasant, but the view was fairly average.
Overall, a good stay for the location, though some aspects of the room design could be improved.

The room was smaller than I expected. My two suitcases (one 26-inch and one 28-inch) barely fit and had to be squeezed together by the wall to open. The hotel's design is very minimalist and Nordic, but some of it prioritizes aesthetics over practicality (like the sink). However, there's a pegboard wall next to the bed, which adds some much-needed storage space. The bed is large, but I found the mattress a bit too soft and saggy.
The location is great, very close to the station, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

HaikuotiankongBJWe booked a triple room in advance and checked in at 6 PM, only to find just two beds, no bottled water, no coffee, and no wardrobe. The amenities were incredibly basic. Definitely not worth the price! We also encountered long queues due to a tour group checking in. Breakfast was €31, with limited options, and felt quite overpriced. On the bright side, the view outside the window was nice, with a lake. The booking showed a family room for four, but it was already cramped with just three of us. It’s been a long time since I've had such a poor hotel experience!

Guest UserThe hotel service was excellent. I believe Wakeup Copenhagen is a chain, and I highly recommend this hotel because the individual stay experience was fantastic. That's why I chose this hotel again after coming to Denmark. The location is also great, making it convenient to walk to all the major attractions.

Guest UserVery nice hotel, we had a wonderful room and breakfast was superb. Price for the night was clear but totally overpriced. Parking was in the back yard and extra to pay. Free drinks in the evening (in special times) were great. Stuff was super friendly and kind.

maykThe supermarket and subway are very close and convenient, and it's not as noisy as the city center. Check-in is on the top floor, where there's a rooftop garden restaurant with an artistic vibe. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. There's a pantry for self-service refills of some supplies, and you need to use a key card to access floors, which adds to the security. The open kitchen has a dishwasher and refrigerator. The only thing to watch out for is the extra-large hanging lamp – if you're not used to it, you might bump your head. Also, you need to climb stairs to get to the bed, so seniors and children should be careful.

The hotel building is distinctive, with a lobby that is arranged to be warm and cozy. The merchandise is exquisite, and the breakfast at Tiger Lily is abundant; besides the buffet bar, you can also order omelets prepared by the chef. There is a café and a shop in the lobby. I personally ordered coffee and fries, which were delicious. I also bought a stylish suitcase and some candies, feeling that the facilities adequately meet the needs of travelers. The hotel rooms are spacious, designed with a lively and unique style, resembling a fashionable cabin. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided in the room, along with a WiFi speaker. The beds are warm and comfortable. Just across the bridge from the hotel is Newport, and nearby there are local outdoor eateries and an ice-skating rink, making the area quite vibrant. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk to bus 2A, which goes to the city center, reaching Liberty City in just one stop, so transportation is relatively convenient. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

Anonymous UserThe entire hotel has an amazing aesthetic; every detail shows thoughtful design! The overall vibe is minimalist yet sophisticated, with lighting, soft furnishings, and color palettes perfectly matched. Every photo you take here turns out beautifully. The room layout is well-planned, with clean lines that don't feel constricting. The soft furnishings and decorations are unique and stylish, definitely not the generic, mass-produced influencer style. My stay was incredibly comfortable, with excellent facilities and gentle, attentive service. It truly delivers on both looks and comfort. For anyone who loves design-led hotels, this is a must-try! I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the airport with direct access via an internal walkway. The breakfast was also excellent and plentiful! It's especially ideal for those with early morning flights, as there are self-check-in machines and flight info screens right in the hotel.
