Our whole family came to Harbin this time, and the ladies at the front desk were all so thoughtful. Since it was raining a lot during our stay, they kindly reminded us to bring rain gear. The room was spacious and very clean, and all the toiletries were well-prepared. The location is unbeatable; it's right on the lively Central Street, making it super convenient for eating and shopping. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and they were always ready to help with anything we needed. Wishing them a prosperous business!

Excellent location, very convenient for getting around. The hotel has great facilities, the front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and it offers fantastic value for money. We were traveling with children, and the hotel was super convenient for visiting attractions like Central Street, Saint Sophia Cathedral, Flood Control Memorial Tower, and Stalin Park. Plus, the nearby Daoli Market has lots of local snacks – definitely worth checking out if you're interested. Highly recommend!

What's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night? The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view. The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please. This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret. It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place? Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.

Aside from the front desk staff's attitude being a bit subpar on the first day during check-in, everything else was great. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to Central Street and other major attractions. They really put thought into providing afternoon tea for guests. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the surrounding amenities are complete. The breakfast was also exquisite. Highly recommended.

The hotel's decor style is very new and different from the older Holiday Inn Express, perhaps they've updated their product line. The front desk lady quietly upgraded our room type, and the room was very characteristic of Northeast China, haha. It's spacious and very clean, with not a single water stain on the faucets or showerhead, which made my OCD very happy. It's a shame we had to switch hotels later to go elsewhere, otherwise, I would have definitely stayed here longer. Breakfast was also very rich. Thumbs up!

The location is excellent, right at the south entrance of Central Street, and you can even get a view of Central Street from the room window. The room was surprisingly spacious. Although a bit old, it was clean and tidy. The staff were very welcoming. Since we arrived early, we requested an early check-in, and the hotel quickly prepared the room for us, allowing us to check in right at 12 PM. I'll definitely book Wanda Holiday Hotel again on my next visit.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

Great location with a spacious parking lot. The staff were very welcoming and responsive. I accidentally booked the wrong dates, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating the change. The hotel is right next to a ski resort, and they even offered free skiing passes for the whole family, which was a nice bonus!

The room was spacious and comfortable, and we even got an upgrade to a room with a bathtub! The room facilities were excellent, with a full set of disposable amenities. They really paid attention to the details – beyond the standard disposable toiletries, towels, and toilet seat covers, there were also disposable C-brand facial cleansers, disposable contact lens solution, bath bags, bubble bath liquid, and rose petals. It was incredibly thoughtful. The restaurant isn't huge and the buffet doesn't have a massive variety, but the food was absolutely delicious, especially the Guobaorou (sweet and sour pork)! Oh, and there's free afternoon tea with unlimited pastries. The value for money is really high, and it's just a 5-minute walk from Central Street.

I had the most pleasant stay at the hotel! Ever since my booking they contacted me to stay in touch and asked if i needed any help prior my trip. Every booking was assigned a butler, and our Butler Cao made the trip cery smooth and comfortable! Just inform any inquiries or wish list that you have and he will deliver! He even picked us from the station and our luggage, brought us to the famous spots, shortcuts and accompanied us around the town. I even asked questions after my stay and they still gladly reply which i will be forever thankful. The room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures cery clean and comfortable. We have informed beforehand regarding our dietary restrictions and they understood and prepared breakfast which were muslim friendly. The hotel’s location is perfect as its very near the centre but not too close so it was comfortable and it was not so noisy at night. Overally we had a very pleasant stay and recommend this hotel for anyone interested! Definitely regret staying for only 1 night and wished we could stay longer
