My child loves the room as there is tent 🎪, toy, books etc. We only booked for one night. Unfortunately my child was quite sick at night. The staff is very considerate and extended our check out time for an extra two hours. They helped with luggage and walked us out to another side of road for taxi. Overall a good experience other than the fact we had a sick child due to the Norovirus.

Wonderful Harbin accommodation. Great location only a short walk from St Sophia’s Cathedral. Good heating and hot shower. Breakfast has both Chinese and Western options which we really enjoyed. Robot can deliver online orders to your room too! Staff were super lovely and offered many free gifts at check in and a gift bag at check out. My only note was that the pillows are very flat and collapse easily, beds overall comfortable.

We were very fortunate to have booked this hotel for my first retirement adventure with my wife. The hotel’s location is excellent - walking distance to the Zhongyang Da Jie, the St Sophia Cathedral and the esplanade for the winter fun games which is a short distance from the cable car to cross the river. Just a short drive away DiDi drive away from the Ice and Snow World. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and and went out of their way to help us find our way around the city and made sure our stay there was so very comfortable. We paid for the buffet breakfast which while simple but had a fairly good local range and was wholesome and pretty tasty. The room had a full range of amenities including bedroom slippers water kettle and bathrobe.

I absolutely love my stays at Wanda Holiday Hotel! We visited in early December 2024 for a family trip, and our rooms were spacious. The location is fantastic, just across from ZhongYang Dajie. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was that they don’t provide air conditioning in the rooms during winter since they use a central system. It felt a bit stuffy, but thankfully the windows could be opened slightly to let in some fresh, cold air. Despite this, I would definitely return if I have the chance to visit Harbin again in the future.

It was also very near to a metro stop, and in an area with many delicious restaurants. Service was also fantastic, and the staff even helped us find a nearby doctor when my brother became sick (always scary while traveling internationally)! The only con was that the cell service and wifi in our rooms was sometimes not strong, but this was intermittent and when we ran into challenges we just came down to the lobby and all was fine there. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We were staying at the Baibo Hotel for 2 weeks in July 2024 and really enjoyed it. City center location, Metro station - within a small distance walk, splendid authentic interior. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. there are all necessary facilities in the room like: toothpaste, combs, slippers and dressing gowns! Fresh pure drinking bottled water every day, available laundry with washing liquid and ironing and small but extremely cosy gym! Moreover, we stayed together with our 3 small children as a whole family, and the staff did their best to make our stay even more comfortable, helped our kids, poured them out tea or juice or whatever. Besides, breakfast deserves the highest score: it really comprises best culinary traditions of Asia. Various dim sums, salads, vegetables and fruit, as the main course - hot rice, noodles, steamed vegetables and traditional meat. A special warm thanks to Sister Hua who helped us at the reception and best wishes to the whole team.

Excellent location specially when plan to visit Yabuli because near Harbin West station. Level B2 of elevator is connected to the front mall. Also have bigger mall across the street, both mall have supermarket and restaurant. House keeping was so kind and have free laundry. We ask help to get a taxi to airport but they said we could just get it outside, in the freezing cold outside. It just sad because in Beijing and Shanghai they call taxi for us.

Our first hotel at Harbin was Manhattan hotel. It was a good hotel but interior looked abit old.Need to change their furniture and the aircond because it was so noisy.But the customer service was good ,She manage to change my room to another room since the aircond was so noisy.Otherwise the breakfast was really delicious and the location was really near to hagia sophia cathedral.Anyway thank you and all the best.

I brought my children to Harbin for the Spring Festival. Because I had an early flight the next morning, I checked in at the hotel one day in advance. The hotel is very close to the airport. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us with our suitcases. The hotel also provided free airport pick-up and drop-off services. I am very grateful to the hotel staff. We needed something to be delivered, and the hotel staff took the initiative to help me contact the courier to pick it up and send it away. This saved me a lot of trouble. I will stay in this hotel again if I have the opportunity to come to Harbin in the future.

Exceptional service and very warmth and nice people. We’re using their transfer service and they assist us almost everything upon picking up, shared us about cultures and stories and also bring us around before arrived at the hotel. When arriving, they already someone welcome us at the station and help us to carry our luggage to the hotel and into room. It is a family run hotel, everyone with big smiles and happy vibe. Rooms we had are spacious with good view, bed and pillow was comfy, very clean washroom and it’s overall a very cozy room that make me feels really relaxing. Foods are good with reasonable price, we enjoy the food that they recommended very much. I’m highly recommended this place if you’re visiting snow town. Will definitely stay there again if am going back in future.

The hotel is unexpectedly good, because I have been through so many mistakes with Internet celebrity attractions + B&Bs, I am already scared! When you actually check into the hotel, you can feel the enthusiasm from the Northeastern compatriots. In the scenic area, the room is not big, but it is neat and clean, and there are fresh fruits and snacks. The two tatami beds are very comfortable to sleep on, and the indoor heating is just hot and cold enough not to make you feel too hot. The butler is enthusiastic and will let you know if there is anything delicious or fun to eat. If you have any questions, you can ask them anytime. Don’t play in Xuexiang when there are crowds of people (18-21 o’clock). It will be better to play at a later time when there are fewer people or wait until the morning during the daytime to have a better experience!

The whole house had floor heating and 24-hour hot water, which were very rare in homestays. There was no need to be afraid of the cold, and it was very comfortable to live in. Watching the Spring Festival Gala with a projection was like watching a movie. The screen was very large and almost filled up the entire wall. The housekeeper, Brother Zhang, was very enthusiastic and attentive. He started contacting us a few days before check-in and provided us with itinerary suggestions. On the day of check-in, he also contacted us in advance to help with the luggage and sent a lot of fruit. What touched us most was that when we were leaving, because we were afraid that we would play too late and not have time to go back to the hotel to get our luggage, Brother Zhang carried our heavy bags and dragged the boxes, and took the initiative to help us get to the place where we were going to take the bus. Let's talk about Xuexiang again. There are many things to play, and the price of meals is also OK. It is a little expensive but not outrageous, and it is not much different from other scenic spots. A highly recommended activity is snow rafting on Yangcao Mountain. The 4.5-kilometer-long snow track slides all the way from the top of the mountain to the bottom. It is more fun than skiing, and you can control the speed yourself. It doesn't hurt to roll around, and it is very safe. You can stop at any time to play in the waist-deep snow. This hotel is quite modern in the snow town, clean and tidy, nice. The hotel will help transport luggage back and forth. The hotel also provides free flower quilted jackets, tools for splashing water into ice, tools for playing with snow, skis, etc. It's super convenient! Breakfast is also freshly fried dishes. The view by the window is very good. The snacks in the lobby on the first floor are recommended. The ham sausage and cod sausage are 5 yuan a piece! Overall, I recommend staying here!

The kang bed comfortably accommodated two adults and two children, while the queen-size bed on the opposite side was suitable for two adults. Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. The choice of floor tiles over carpeting was a wise decision, as it facilitates easier cleaning. One area for potential improvement is the condensation near the window, which can sometimes cause the bay window to become slightly damp, making it unsuitable for placing belongings. However, this did not significantly detract from our experience. In summary, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality provided by Yundingjiudian. If asked whether I would stay again, my answer would be an unequivocal yes!

It is clean and tidy, and the shower water in the bathroom is very soft. The shopkeeper is very enthusiastic to treat guests, and gave auspicious tangerines and souvenirs during the Chinese New Year. The children had a lot of fun! Figures 13 to 20 are real pictures of Gouxiongling. The rime is beautiful, the snow on the mountain is soft, and the snow is nearly 1 meter thick in some places. It is suitable for children to play snowballs and make snowmen. Remember to wear protective covers to avoid getting your feet wet The hotel's food tastes authentic, the ingredients are fresh, and the dumplings with soy sauce and cabbage stuffing taste great!

Located in Xuexiang National Forest Park, the hotel kitchen has delicious Northeastern home-cooked food. The three of us ate three meals in two days. Hahahaha, the restaurant is spacious and bright. The room is clean with a bathroom, the guest room is comfortable, and bathing supplies are provided. The boss will tell us the travel guide and precautions, and will remind us of those projects that are cheating. This is very good to avoid pitfalls. If you don’t understand or need help, ask the boss for help and help. The price for taking the bus back to Harbin is the same as the tour group. When skiing, we asked the boss to take us to the ski resort at more than 7 o'clock in the morning. The three of us also saved more than 200 tickets and coach fees with the help of the boss.
