The hotel is overall very good, offering a pleasant and comfortable stay. The ambiance is welcoming, and the rooms are well-maintained with all essential amenities. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are commendable. One of the highlights of the hotel is its excellent staff, who are courteous, professional, and always ready to assist. Their warm hospitality and prompt service make the experience even more enjoyable. The food is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, it is a great place to stay and highly recommended.

I stayed with my family for 3 nights. Breakfast has majority of south Indian items like dosa, idli, vada etc very tasty food.  The room is good size, but it smells drainage smell from bathroom. The bed lines not replaced and had marks. Towels also had marks and didn’t look fresh.  Inconsistent service. The room also looks dated and not even english movie channel in TV.

Tad a is a very small place and ilara hotel and spa is a pleasant discovery of a boutique hotel with great facilities at an unexpected location. The staff is kind and courteous, food is good and rooms are comfortable. And clean. 5

It is not like 4 star hotel. There was urine smell in the toilet and not cleaned properly. Even after complaining, they just spray the freshner. Lot of strain in the bed spread. Damage in floor. But the restaurant staffs were very polite and helpful. Food is good

Hotel woodide prestige, tirupati is close to alipiri and so it is convenient for guests who plan to reach alipiri footsteps to tirumala in the morning. The hotel room and it's bathroom is clean and well lit. The bed is clean. Staff at reception are cordially and helpful. Thank you

Sai towers puttaparthi is the best option to have stay there. They have clean and proper hygienic room and washroom. If you are staying there in weekend must try there hyderabadi biryani ( only available on sun-day and festival day) and on sun-day they have unlimited food available option also. Advantage of staying there is its near aashram and if you are on seva duty or any other duty inside the aashram then you can reach there in 1 mins walking.

We have booked in makemytrip, they suddenly called and moved to another hotel and saying that hotel is some matainance issue like that, they transfer to another hotel, not sure what kind of this, that hotel was also good but not fully satisfied, rooms are not cleaned, not recommended, if allocate rooms in their hotel it slef may be good i feel.

Good points are: very near to the temple, having two gates one on the main road and another towards temple, ample parking space, good garden, good rooms. The negative points are, room maintenance is not upto the mark, bedsheets, pillow covers are not well maintained

The rooms were tidy and refreshing. Specifically interconnecting doors for the rooms is an added bonus for a group trip. Special mention for the restaurant, they serve the delicious food with exceptional service. Kudos to the entire team and their service.

Property location - good food - restaurant is not functional not associated to this property. For all time food-we have to come e out from hotel. Amenities - switch boards not available from one side of bed. Some of the switch boards also not functional. Wash basin water not coming. A. C - remote not available to this room separately. Only one remote available for whole hotel rooms. For temp adjustment- every-time we had to call the respective person to adjust the desired temperature. Sevices - shapoo, waterbottles not provided in this room.

Overall hotel is good. Its prime location ( just behind rtc bus stand) is the main advantage. Room service is quick. Generally water kettle is not provided but you can get in on request. There is no tea/coffee maker available. As the property is very old, please check the room thoroughly before accepting as sometimes toilet flush, jet spray etc etc may not be working. Charges of room are quite reasonable and worth

The stay was good. Last year i have been as well to the same place. This is my second time staying in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects. The complimentary breakfast was also good. The only concern was with a bit tight parking but still manageable. Thanks to the inn hotel.

The hotel has given only one contact number and the employee who has the cellphone just simply kept it switched off as he was on leave. They must keep a phone permanently at hotel reception or have a landline installed at the premises.

The stay at tejaswini grand was good and the service was excellent even the food at the restaurant was also clean and tasty. But the front office need improvement, it needs smart people who can be proactive so that the customer will have better experience.

Loved the design and the luxury in mind. Excellent ambience. But i guess the honeymoon with the new construction is ending. Luxury involves eye to detail if the luxury is to be sustained - that's when the honeymoon comes to an end. Staff needs training especially for a hotel of this ambience and expected luxury. Maintenance and house keeping needs to be looked into for sustenance. A few observations - hope it would be taken in a positive and proactive manner - why? love the potential in hotels of these kind. 1. *room: (a) tea tray had no stir spoon, fork was later given. (b) the room phone has different buttons for each department but none work. The customer is to presume that dialing 9 calls the reception. (c) the place of the kettle is beginning to have spills not cleaned for quite some time. (d) the restroom looks good but the not so often seen places are not cleaned ie: the corner behind the door with a drain point next to the comode. The health faucet is hard water corroded and it's pipe (hatd water corroded) is on the floor with water. (e) it would be better if a squiggy were used for cleaning the mirror. The mirror design was amazing - loved the ambient light around the mirror with an inbuilt switch on the mirror. (f) there is a bucket but no mug. (g) toilet paper wasn't in the toilet paper holder. It was outside with the edge crudely cut. (e) one of the attenders comes in to refill coffee and sugar. That was sweet of him. He chooses to rinse the used cup at the basin (that was a good gesture i felt) and after which throws the extra water on the restroom floor's dry area near the door and then leaves behind wet shoe marks on the outside passage floor. 2. *restaurant: (a) the food was excellent at the multi cuisine. (b) the servers need to be trained further though. No glass with a bottle of water. No main course plate for the chicken tandoori instead a quarter plate was expected to be used. (c) air condition wasn't put on till 8 pm. Was it bcoz i was the only customer at the restaurant. Once another customer comes in the aircon was switched on. That was not pleasant at all. I pay for the feel of luxury, the ambience - and the aircon being switched on is the basic. If it's under maintenance, then don't open the restaurant and serve food in a humid hot environment. (d) the wash area of the restaurant is pathetic. For such ambience, the wash area is from hell. Overall the stay was good.
