3-Star Hotels in Heilongjiang, China

This is my First Time visiting Harbin staying for a week. I review the visit with four Cs. Location /Convenience- The hotel is 150 meters from the start of ZhongYang Street and about 400 meters from Shangzhi Street Metro Station. Cleanliness - Towels and rubbish bins are changed daily. Bed sheets are not replaced daily as part of environmental saving. It changes the bedsheets every three nights. This is an ongoing hotel industry policies. Customer Service- Front Desk Staff are professional but with extra effort Zhaoling Xiao and Liulimin went extra mile to guide us in reconfirming our flight and information to specific sites. Taxi Drivers via roadside hailing boarding were honest and courteous. These are unofficial ambassadors of China and Harbin. Because of them, I decided to revisit Chinatown. Courtesy - In public areas, there is a general lack of courtesy in all age groups but those in hospitality are professional. We also made every effort to always be courteous to local people. I am looking forward to visiting Heilongjiang soon. Thanks, everyone, for contributing positively to visitors in your country.

we reached the hotel earlier than check in time. I booked 2 rooms, there are 1 room available for us to rest, which we feel thankful! overall the room is ok, only dislike the hotel allow guess smoking in the room and let their door open. The smoke also came into our rooms. Hope they take note on this.

Very nice hotel. Initially we planning to stay 4 days, last minute extended another day due to flight rescheduled. The hotel gave us free upgrade and stayed the same level so we no need to move to another level. The hotel has no view from inside the room as the building is surrounded by another buildings. But this isn’t a problem for us, cause it helps to block city noise. The staffs are friendly. Will definitely will stay here again if come to Harbin.

The Ibis Harbin Central Street Hotel is continently located near Zhongyang Street, approximately 15 minutes walk from the main pedestrian area.

Great location right on the pedestrian street. Clean, large room. The only negative was that our room did not have a window and this was not shown / mentioned on the booking. For this reason we would not stay here again and risk the same.

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes from the airport bus to Central Street, 5 minutes from Daoli Vegetable Market and Sophia Church, very convenient. The environment is very good, the service staff is polite and enthusiastic, the experience is very good, recommended to stay.

We booked two family rooms at this hotel and had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location is excellent, being close to the main attractions. Additionally, we had couriered some parcels to the hotel before our arrival, and the staff were very helpful in receiving and assisting us when we couldn’t initially locate them. However, our stay was marred by a power shutdown from 11:30 PM to 4 AM on the first night. While there was an announcement posted near the lift, we unfortunately missed it and were not notified directly by the front desk or any staff. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience during our first night. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better communication with guests about such issues would greatly improve the experience.

Adding on that the hotel was super open to helping us receive parcels. They kept many for us throughout the entire trip and were very patient in helping us identify parcels.

Although the room was a bit small, it was very comfortable. The bathroom is not separated by a glass door. Soundproof and very private. It was very peaceful to sleep at night. Room service was prompt in the morning and cleaning was in place. The Chinese breakfast suits our appetite very well, and the styles are quite rich. The customer service staff at the front desk have a very good service attitude and will patiently solve any problems in a timely manner. The hotel is very close and convenient to various attractions. We booked a double bed and a family room, both of which were very comfortable.

I really recomend this hotel for 1st timer in Harbin. The location is just infront of the famous street. I was really happy I booked this hotel. Whenever I need toilet I can just walk back to my hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The midnight snack staff was kind and bubbly I hope the hotel management increase her salary. She is a gem to the hotel. On the last night of our stay the hotel prepare some souvenir. TQ really like them ! Check in was smooth eventho the receptionist has zero english. Will stay here again.

It was our fifth night we decided to stay again here, REASON: LOCATION it was center of everything and value for money, I have 2 kids and they let us stay on the room for free and they also have free breakfast, we stay here for 5nights and the breakfast main dish change everyday. we choose to stay on the higher floor, 6th floor it is different from the room in 2nd floor despite of the same style of room. the room in 2nd floor is quite big and and good, but the room on the 6th floor is the cabinet does not have a door, and it quite old, but its okay we are just here to stay for the night because we go out everymorning, still nothing beat on value for money and location

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Central Street and Lena Restaurant. It is clean and tidy. We checked in in the second year of junior high school and were afraid that it would be inconvenient to go out for breakfast in the morning of the third year of junior high school. We specifically looked for a hotel with breakfast on the platform. Only when we arrived at the hotel did we know that only We stayed in this hotel as a family, so the originally scheduled breakfast was no longer available. This is understandable, but the boss didn’t want to refund the meal fee. He only told us that he could delay check-out. I didn’t say anything and went to the platform to refund the meal fee in the evening. Suggestions The hotel should strengthen its management. If it cannot provide breakfast, it can offer breakfast-free options, or it should be refunded. Don't think about making money that you shouldn't make. You may get more opportunities.

In the beautiful city of Heihe, staying in this hotel has become a highlight of my trip. The enthusiasm of the front desk staff made me feel at home. I booked a hotel in advance. I saw that Heihe ranked first in Xi'an Qingya. I must stay in Xi'an Qingya because of his hotel. The environment is hygienic and extremely clean! It was my first time to come to Mudanjiang and I chose a newly opened hotel this year. I was very satisfied with it. The location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop. Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.

I often come to Mudanjiang for business trips and always choose Hanting Hotel. However, I booked late and there was no vacancy, so I chose the Starway Hotel not far away. On this trip to Northeast China, I wanted to visit Jingbo Lake, so I chose Mudanjiang Hotel. First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. It is less than 100 meters away from the south square of the train station, and opposite is the Jingbo Lake Tourism Distribution Center. There is a hotel specifically for Jingbo Lake. The bus is very convenient! The most considerate thing is that we know that some tourists need to leave early when going to Jingpo Lake, and they will provide a breakfast to take with them on the way, which is convenient and saves time. The room I booked has a bathtub. The room is very spacious and clean, and you can see the snowy scenery outside while lying on the bed. My friend was setting off fireworks below! What surprised me the most was this hotel in Xuexiang, Lanxinmengguanxuege. The lobby was very clean, and the lady was very enthusiastic. She patiently asked about our needs, gave my children delicious food, and took them to play! My baby especially likes the beautiful ladies here! The way to the room was covered with blankets, and it was soft and comfortable! The first feeling when I opened the door was that it was high-end.
