I genuinely recommend this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I felt the meticulous service. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The guest rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bathroom and bedding were very well maintained, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The hotel's overall atmosphere is quiet and elegant, and the location is excellent, making it suitable for both travel and leisure. My overall experience was perfect, and it's definitely on my list for a return stay.

Not my first time staying in this hotel. We'll, would like to say that this time it was above all of my expectations. The room was super clean and the music in a bathroom was nice as usual, but the most unbelievably incredible things was that I got an upgrade from the guys in the reception. Didn't expect that, but super thankful for that.
Wish you all the best!
Thank you very much 😊

Great value for money hotel! The room was spotless, with a clean and refreshing separate shower and toilet. Plenty of hot water and fast Wi-Fi. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The convenient transportation nearby makes it a perfect choice for accommodation and getting around.

This is my second time staying at the Golden Imperial Boutique Hotel, and I'm still very satisfied with the overall experience. It's especially suitable for high-speed rail transfers and business trips.
The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, right next to Harbin West Station, making travel incredibly convenient. Downstairs is the core commercial district of Harbin West, with major shopping malls like Mixc World, Harbin West Wanda, and Xicheng Hongchang all within easy reach. The Haxi Golden Street downstairs is lined with various food stalls, offering a wide selection of snacks and full meals. You can easily shop, dine, and get everything done in one stop, making both life and travel very convenient.
What's most thoughtful is the hotel's complimentary shuttle service to and from Harbin West Station. The vehicle is punctual, and the service is attentive, saving you the hassle of dragging luggage and hailing a taxi. This is particularly friendly for guests catching high-speed trains or transferring to flights. The hotel is a business-oriented hotel, located on two floors (17th and 18th) of a building. The overall decor is a bit old-fashioned and slightly dated, but thankfully, the basic facilities are complete. Room hygiene is well-maintained; the room is clean with no strange odors, and the bedding is fresh and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.
The only minor drawback is that rooms on the second floor (of the hotel's section) do not have elevator access, requiring you to carry your luggage up and down the stairs yourself. This can be a bit inconvenient if you have large luggage. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, convenient transportation, attentive service, and well-developed commercial amenities. If you're transiting through Harbin West or on a business trip to Harbin, this hotel is one of the best high-value options.

It gets a bit noisy in the mornings and evenings next to the restaurant, as the clanging of plates is quite piercing.
**Environment:** It's very close to the subway station, and Central Street is right outside, which is super convenient.
**Facilities:** It's a bit annoying that the lights can only be adjusted to a few modes instead of individual on/off control. Everything else is fine though, and the TV works well with channels and shows, which is good for older guests.
**Self-service Late-night Diner:** This was really good! After a heavy Russian meal, coming back and having some fruit here felt very refreshing. Breakfast, however, was pretty standard.

Honestly, the photo they used seems to be AI-generated or at least edited, so don’t expect it to look THAT good. HOWEVER, with that said, it doesn’t defeat the purpose of how a hotel should actually operate. This is my honest review:
✈️ LOCATION: (10/10)
- It’s literally less than 5 minutes away from “Harbin Taiping International Airport” (HRB).
- There is also a street filled with small restaurants and grocery stores, just one minute away from the hotel. We recommend eating at 云姐: 金麦手擀面 (Sister Yun: Golden Wheat Hand-made Noodles) 👍🏼
💁🏻♂️ SERVICE: (10/10)
- They are very transparent about the lack of English speakers, and the use of Translation apps. It was quite easy to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, because they had a real-time convenient translation app.
- The staff were very accommodating, and them smiling a lot helped ease any discomfort. There was also a free transportation service to the airport, and the driver was equally as friendly.
🧴 CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES: (8/10)
- Much like with the rest of Harbin, I LOVED their provided cosmetics, as they always have a scent of tea to them, and the feel is good. They even provided small delicious snacks.
- However, the reason why I didn’t rate it the highest is because compared to other hotels, it’s not the most clean-looking. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, but it wasn’t the whole “spotless and sanitized” look. There was also A BIT of an odour once you enter the room. Just a bit tho, not to the point of causing extreme discomfort. Plus, it’s only upon initial entry, it fades right after.
🍲 FOOD: (?/10)
- I have no idea, because we didn’t try their food, sorry. We went out to eat 😭
🌸 VIEW: (10/10)
- Much like I’ve said earlier as well, the Hotel is beautiful but not as pristine as it looks, because the front is now filled with shafts, etc.
- However, I still rated it the highest because the view from outside our window, and to the left of the Hotel itself was beautiful (at least in the winter, during snow season, when we came). It was a vast plane field (corn field, I assume) filled with snow, and you get a clear view of the sunset/sunrise, as well as the Tower of the Harbin Airport.
All in all, I’d rate the overall stay a 9/10. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Hotel to my friends, and my family and I would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Harbin ! ~

This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in! The room was spotless, so clean I felt comfortable walking barefoot. The bathroom was also very clean with no water stains in the shower corner, and the toilet was disinfected with no odor. Even the curtains were electric, which was a nice touch. The hotel's laundry room was also excellent, fully equipped with new and smart facilities. The staff provided attentive service throughout, helping with luggage very quickly. The room offered a fantastic view of the lake, allowing me to fully appreciate nature. The lighting and ventilation were superb, the room decor was cozy, and the bedding was very comfortable. It felt even more comfortable than being at home! Absolutely great value for money.

My stay here truly exceeded all my expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic – right outside the subway exit, making it incredibly convenient to reach all the main attractions and shopping districts within just a few minutes' walk.
The hotel lobby is spotless and spacious. The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was incredibly attentive and efficient. She even thoughtfully offered recommendations for nearby local eateries, which was a really kind and appreciated gesture.
My room was immaculately clean, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable – I almost didn't want to get out of bed! It was also incredibly quiet at night, ensuring a wonderfully sound sleep. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, with ample hot water and stable temperature. The provided toiletries were also of good quality.
The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering both Western and Chinese options. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted delicious – it was the perfect satisfying start to a day of exploring!
All in all, this hotel offers fantastic value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and have already enthusiastically recommended it to all my friends!
We originally planned to just stay in Suifenhe for one night, but the warm hospitality of this hotel's staff made me want to explore the city properly.
When we took a taxi, the driver even told us it was the best hotel in town.
They have a dryer and washing machine, which solved a major laundry problem for me.
Knowing we had to catch an early bullet train around 6 AM, they specially packed breakfast boxes for us to take away. They were just like concerned parents, worried we wouldn't have enough to eat, urging us to pack a little of this and a little of that. Before we left, they even gave us a big handful of sugar oranges and pre-arranged a taxi for us. The mineral water was also warmed up. So many thoughtful details, it truly warmed our hearts~

MMediterraneanSeaFacilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area.
Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

YYanwobingFacilities: Everything, from the inside out, feels brand new. The layout is well-designed and controls are easy to use. The bathroom is spacious with a great wet/dry separation.
Environment: It's very close to Harbin Station, less than a 10-minute walk away, and bus route 118 runs over the bridge nearby. There's also a small convenience store right next to the hotel, which is super handy. The soundproofing is excellent too, it's very quiet! Parking isn't very convenient though, so drivers should take note.
Service: The front desk staff are all very professional, polite, warm, and attentive, without being overbearing – absolutely lovely!
Cleanliness: It's genuinely, genuinely clean; a very comfortable stay.

LLieu Munn LoongI have had a 4-night stay at this Homeinn Selected Hotel (Harbin Central Avenue Pedestrian Street) Room #308 from 23 to 27 March 2026.
The Hotel is located very near the popular 1.5km Central Street (a must-go for people who love to immerse Russian architectural of the golden era). There are many eateries and shops along this pedestrian street, so it is extremely convenient to hunt for food, especially the Russia cuisines.
The Hotel itself is not old and run down as it appears quite new, however, the building can be quite old and it can be better maintained by the building owner. It has a modest but modern lobby with welcoming sofas, with free serving of hot coffee and tea, plus free supply of bottled water! It is generally clean and maintained. The hotel staff are polite and helpful, whenever I ask for directions and recommendations of food and places of interest.
The hotel family room that I have booked is about 400sq ft - it is meant for 3! The decoration is contemporary and modern, and the double-glazed has helped to shut the traffic noise off near 100%. It is certainly spacious and clean, with 1 queen bed and 1 super single bed, a small sofa set, and a big TV. It does not have a so called proper wardrobe, the proper vanity top is outside the very big shower room that is separated from the powerful WC. It has strong water pressure for comfortable showers everyday. The firm mattress and pillows are comfortable for my liking.
The Hotel also has a laundry room that provides free washing and drying for hotel guests. Within the laundry comes with a treadmill, a stationery bicycle, and a workout station for guests who wish to do some simple exercise. The hotel also offers daily breakfast buffets at about ¥49 per pax, which is limited in variety but it gives a good start for the day.
At SGD S$36 per night for a very spacious room without breakfast , I find it extremely value for money, and I will surely choose to stay here again when I visit Harbin again to experience the magical winter world!

JJa ChnThis was my second trip to Harbin, and after a really bad experience with a hotel near the airport on my first visit (they sold my booking to a terrible guesthouse), I've always been wary and distrustful of hotels in that area. However, this stay completely changed my mind! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for the airport. They even called me in advance to ask for my flight arrival time, and shortly after landing, I received a call for my pickup – super hassle-free. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the bed was just the right firmness, making for a very refreshing night's sleep. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch, and the toiletries were of good quality. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; both check-in and check-out were quick, and they were very responsive to any requests I had. Plus, breakfast was included. Overall, this was an excellent stay, offering fantastic value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to my friends!

NnnnnyyyyAfter reading countless hotel reviews, I finally chose this place and I’m so glad I did. No regrets at all. I was traveling solo, but somehow ended up traveling with many new friends along the way. Everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable, 10/10, right next to Central Street Avenue. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Harbin.

PPatience Chee Aka Dog Evangelist AuthorMohe Youran Mountain Residence — Youran? More like “You’re-A-Relative”
This old dog padded in expecting a stay… and somehow got adopted. One step through the door and the wife hugged me like a long-lost littermate. Tail wagging commenced immediately. 🐾
If warmth could melt Mohe’s cold, this household would be climate change.
My downstairs room? Small. A little dim. Chosen for my sister’s convenience rather than my royal canine standards. But here’s the thing — when hospitality is this generous, the light comes from the people. I ate every meal at their café not out of laziness, but loyalty. Why brave the Arctic for repetitive food when home-style comfort is already waiting with a bowl and a smile?
Youran lives up to its name: unforced, gentle, human. It felt less like a hotel and more like visiting relatives who keep refilling your bowl because you look “too thin.” This became the perfect launchpad for my Harbin expedition, three nights of settling in, warming up, and learning that charm travels better than luxury.
Now, the honest bone (every good dog buries one): I’d give this a 4.1 stars if decimals existed. Since they don’t, here’s a conditional 5-star — contingent on tighter cleanliness under beds, chairs, and in the toilet. I raised this directly with the boss because I’d happily recommend this boutique stay to my pack… once the floors behave.
All in, Mohe Youran Mountain Residence didn’t just host me — they claimed me. And this dog? I don’t forget who treats me like family.

GGuest UserStaying at this hotel was a delightful surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was blown away by the giant projector screen and professional sound system. It instantly transformed the space into a private home theater, offering an incredibly immersive experience for movies or binge-watching shows – something you rarely find in hotels at this price point!
The room design was very stylish, with wooden elements and clean lines creating a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. The smart toilet in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch, highlighting the attention to quality details. Plus, the mini-bar area had everything I needed, from a kettle to tea sets, making for a very convenient stay.
The service was also excellent, from a smooth check-in to an effortless check-out, with friendly staff throughout. My overall experience far exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to anyone who loves a great audio-visual experience and appreciates quality accommodation!
