酒莊環境非常好，但最好預先約好試酒，騎馬及打哥爾夫球，由於現在冬天，泳池沒有開放，只有室外泳池，沒有室內泳池，網上面寫有室內泳池係錯誤的，但可以免費泊車，及免費為架車充電，非常好服務！

On the road to Montserrat, do not hesitate to stop at the Cabanes de Oller del mas. Luxury and voluptuousness, plus a very (very) nice team! Incredible views of Montserrat! Swimming pool, spa, golf, horse riding... And gourmet dinner and top wine pairing!

We have been last weekend with my family in this accommodation that is advertised as an immersive experience in nature with exact words: "wooden cabins integrated into the forest"... Well, we arrived at night and they offered us to sleep in the part of the vineyards saying that it was much better than the place we had requested, which was in the holm oaks in the central part of the forest, but we trusted what they told us and we agreed, as we arrived at night we could not see that the part of the vineyards was dry and in the morning we were in for a total disappointment and felt cheated. We didn't want to complain at the time because we didn't have the body to argue, in fact I just signed up on TripAdvisor because it's the first time I've written a review. The fact is that the day after my stay I wrote an email explaining the situation and the answer was to say that it is not the season for vineyards and that they offered me 30% on the next reservation, then I had to tell them that it is a place of high cost to knowingly put clients in front of an esplanade of dry earth with sticks and that they had to take responsibility because people seek to see nature... worst of all is not feeling that I have wasted money but that on top of that I feel The manager of the hotel called, upset and very rude instead of knowing how to correct the situation, saying that she is used to working in luxury hotels and rather seemed the opposite, very rude and saying that I had disrespected her for to say that now the esplanade was a place of dry earth with sticks (see the photo for yourselves, it is reality and you have to accept that now it is not pleasant to be there) and he told me that I was doing it because I was looking for my money back, when precisely I could have refused to pay at the time and I didn't want to say anything... it's unfair I spent money on travel, tolls, food and accommodation to go to a place that right now is not in good condition, So, as the director, instead of apologizing **** and assuming her fault, she did nothing but tell me that the problem was me and pretend to be offended, very unprofessional, so I had to tell her that she wouldn't give me my money back. but the least they should have done is let me enjoy the place another time and not have to pay the money again, but with a 30% discount that I thought was laughable. In summary, if they have to go, I suppose it will be worth it if they are not placed where the vineyards are in autumn, I don't know because I couldn't enjoy the experience and of course I won't do it again because I feel cheated and flirted with. Mi puntuación va dedicada a la Cabana en la que estuvimos (la número 9) y su gestión. Para reservar llamamos con 4 meses de antelación y preguntamos cuál era la mejor. La persona que nos atendió, nos comentó que escogiéramos la zona de las Alzines y que nos reservaba la Cabana que consideraba mejor. El día de nuestra llegada todo fue perfecto, hasta que nos llevaron a la habitación y... sorpresa! Las vistas daban a un parking! Pero no se trataba que estábamos pagando para una Cabana en el bosque?? Después de la desagradable sorpresa llamamos a recepción y no nos pudieron ofrecer ningún cambio porqué el hotel estaba lleno. Para compensar, recibimos la bebida gratuita en la cena y se nos ofrecieron otros servicios de los cuales no pudimos disfrutar porque nos teníamos que marchar por la mañana. Pero la cosa no acaba aquí, cuando pagas casi 500 euros por una noche y una cena degustación esperas un sitio con privacidad, intimidad y romántico, y lo fue tan poco que nos dieron una cabana que, a parte de tener vistas a un parquing, estaba pegada a otra que se oía absolutamente todo lo que hacían nuestros vecinos (y no hace falta ser más explícitos). Para nosotros una gran decepción. Eso sí, la Cabana muy bonita, grande y muy bien decorada, con algún aspecto a mejorar. El restaurante Bages964, ESPECTACULAR! al igual que la atención recibida por parte de todo el personal. A mi gusto, las mejores Cabanas son la 2 y la 3 de la zona de les Vinyes.
