The room was spacious, clean, and with great amenities. Front desk staff was friendly. There was a park behind the hotel with a nice walking path.

It was overall a very nice stay. The young woman who checked us in must have been having a bad day, though. She didn’t greet us, she wasn’t courteous, and she didn’t use any standard pleasantries like welcome, please, thank you… nothing. Aside from our interactions with her, the stay was decent.

Room was clean, customer service was nice. The only problem was someone else that was above us kept on running and stumping back and forth from 5-11PM.

Everything was clean and fresh. Very impressed with staff ..... however there was an ice storm the night we were there and the next morning no one salted the parking lot at all. Very unsafe.

The staff goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. The only thing that should change is their breakfast. The food in never hot.
