Bed uncomfortable springs nearly coming through inside closet filthy no internet no bottle of water walls dirty no beddingq except for bed sheet worst place I've ever stayed ( staff ok when leaving ) it was a cheap places but I've had cheaper and much better

Smelled badly in the hallway, rooms were fine but all bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty.

I had visited this hotel with my aged relative and my wife. The rooms were not very clean. They provided 1 towel (which was dirty) we had requested for another towel, since the one they provided was dirty, the alternative towel was dirtier and a single soap for triple occupancy room. We had requested for an additional pillow as room had only 2, that was stinking and wasnt clean. No kettle provided in the room. In the morning not hot water was available, we enquired and it seems something had happend with motor hence we requested to provide atleast a bucket of water to which they said no, they were not even apologetic for this neither tried to help us with any alternative arrangement. Other than location no positives, never ever stay here if you have other options. Even lodge try to provide hot water but these guys are simply non coperative and unfriendly.

Breakfast was included but they said no breakfast because of covid, so gave me 100 rupees back to buy it elsewhere. Laundry was cheap and the staff very helpful but limited English. The hotel was old and in a dirty neighborhood but generally for one or two nights us ok. No restaurants open in the morning for breakfast. Nothing really haooens until 10 or 11am.
