Really nice and clean place with a very friendly owner - breakfast was great too!

A small hotel but with warm environment. Everything was clean and breakfast was lovely. Location is convenient, walkable to/from city center and train station. Just a bus ride (K4) to the bus terminal. Staff was very helpful. We had a very lovely stay in Erzurum.

This is a family-run, homey hotel, and the staff were all very friendly. The room facing the street was clean and it was a comfortable stay. As for the hotel's location, all of Erzurum's major tourist attractions are within walking distance. There are also restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby, so you should have no trouble finding something to eat. Breakfast is also provided, so overall it is a very satisfying hotel. I can recommend it with confidence.

This is the most cost-effective hotel in the city. The front desk service is warm and friendly, and all questions are answered. Parking is also very convenient, just in front of the hotel. I missed the breakfast time and I got up late, but the owner still gave me two boiled eggs and honey.
