Facilities and hotel remain excellent, just like the customer service. Consistently good. However, they do not provide basics in the room such as water at all. For a hotel of this type and the price they charge, a courtesy water bottle each day should be standard.

The environment is very good and quiet. My first choice hotel. Most of the waiters were nice, there was only one individual waitress who was sometimes very unfriendly, especially when you needed help. It would be better if there was a refrigerator in the room!

Very good hotel, super breakfast, very hygienic, very friendly staff, very nice and clean bathroom. The hotel room is also equipped with a smart TV with Google Chromecast so that you can stream images from your smartphone or tablet to the TV. Paid parking at the hotel. But there is plenty of free parking close to the hotel.

All in all the stay was okay. The rooms were clean but they were neither cleaned nor towels changed afterwards (4 nights). In my opinion, housekeeping came into the room twice without knocking. The breakfast for €15.50 per person per day was far too expensive given the selection, especially since it was hardly refilled. On the first day there was a waitress who was very friendly, a little younger with loose hair, the following days a very, very unfriendly woman, a little older with a pigtail, even when we were putting the dishes together at the table we were looked at askance and were often unfriendly looked at. The reception was extremely nice and friendly, the room had everything you needed, especially the large TV was very suitable for watching films in the evening.

Modern hotel near the motorway. The entire furnishings are modern and tailored to the hotel. If you would like a minibar or a telephone in your room, this is the wrong place.
