Awesome place to stay, easy access and easy check in. Staff were lovely. Definitely recommend.

Stayed here for an event. On arrival at level 2, the hallway was being renovated. We have to move to sides so we won’t hit the workers. The walls on the side were ripped off, it looked scary. However, we travelled and was from work, so we immediately went to our separate rooms and rested. We can hear the noise from the renovation outside but we are so tired to bother. When I woke up, I realized the bed had a mud smudge. Went to toilet and one of the towel is dirty. Called housekeeping for change but he can only come at 10pm coz he was alone. The tv cast is not working, staff told us they will feedback as tv is new. In the morning, we were at the lobby and asked if we can buy coffee from the resto. We were told we have to pay the full breakfast buffet if we want coffee. Ridiculous. This is the worst experience in all my travels. It the event is not in that area, I won’t be staying back.

This was my first time at Hyatt and it was a memorable experience. Friendly staff and a high level of cleanliness are really impressive.

Good service and good environment

Exceptional in all areas

1. The remark of parking charge is unclear in trip.com. A little bit disappointed when the reception said that we have to pay. 2. The tab water has a chlorine smell somehow. Not that good to drink directly. 3. Good location, nice room, very clean, good service on site.

Positives: Great location for overnight before an early morning flight. Beautiful building and spacious room. There were two nice ladies (staff) at the bar area who offered lovely smiles and were friendly. Negatives: Airport shuttle did not arrive at the time booked. Lady at the reception looked annoyed at other guests who were laughing and speaking loudly as they were hugging family. She apologized for their loudness. I told her I didn't mind at all because the guests looked happy. This was a public space after all. Room key didn't work (not something you'd want after a really long flight). Same annoyed lady at the front said must be in need of battery change or something. Took another 10 to 15 mins to get things fixed. There is no room service. No bottled water provided in the room. Was given instructions at the front desk on how to get water from the hallway (was too tired to listen). Service soooooo slow when ordering at the restaurant/bar (couple ordering before me were already swearing and clearly showing their annoyance as I waited to be served next). Disorganized. Staff movement and the way they present themselves to guests around the reception and bar area was clearly not up to the standard of a hotel with the name HYATT. Was told they do not do wake up calls...but they'd do it for me because I've asked (have no idea what that meant). I gave a surprised look, and was reassured by the guy at the desk that he'd gladly do it for me. I replied with, "I'll just set my alarm". Book again? DEFINITELY NO! Well, only if staff is better trained, more professional and happy to serve guests. Would have been nice if they had smiled more, even if their shift had been tiring, even if there were loud guests. But I appreciate the two lovely staff members for doing their best to smile and be helpful even though I could tell they were tired. For travelers who need efficient and friendly service after a long haul flight, this is NOT the place to go to. Lovely building and location though.

Stayed one night for transit purpose. The hotel is only 10 mins from the airport with free shuttle transfer. The staff are helpful.

Located about 10 minutes from the airport. It is convenient if you need a place to stay for the night before the next morning’s flight.
