Wir hatten etwas Probleme, unser Zimmer zu finden (es war in einem Nebengebäude, könnte besser beschildert sein), aber ansonsten alles recht praktisch. Der Checkin-Automat anstelle einer Rezeption ist recht einfach zu verstehen, aber wer eine direkte Ansprechperson möchte, ist hier falsch.

Anreise gut, kontaktloser Check In zwar unpersönlich und bei zwei Zimmern etwas umständlich aber Gut, 1. Zimmer Gut (Modern und großzügig), 2. Zimmer optisch wie das Erste, doch leider total verqualmt von frischem !!! Zigarettenrauch. Man fragt sich ja gleich, wie das bei einer Anreise gegen 17:00 sein kann. Die Dame am Telefon war um Milderung bemüht, aber konnte kein anderes Zimmer im Haus anbieten, also musste es mit viel Lüften wohl sein. Jedoch sollte ich ein Email schreiben, man würde sich kümmern, das Wort „Gutschrift“ fiel auch. Man bat mich um Geduld. Der Aufenthalt ist 6 Wochen her und jedwede Kontaktaufnahme ob per Telefon oder Mail verlief bisher erfolglos. Das schönste Haus nützt nun mal doch Nichts, wenn der versprochene Service total versagt. Sehr schade aber wir kommen nicht wieder.
