Great experience in a real hotspring. Room was clean and big. I'm just disappointed for the fact that thr hotspring, even for the people who book the hotel, closed just at 8,30. I think it's too early, for the price I paid; and this wasn't written.

酒店客服服務人員太差勁了 態度惡劣.感覺像欠了她的錢，客服經理態度非常好.合理解決問題. 唯一慶幸的是酒店客服經理比較好.前台工作人員介紹的飯店太難吃了 建議大家自己去找吃的. 客房衞生太差了 全是灰塵 衞生間 地面都看得到. 早餐種類比較少，不要抱任何期待. 下次不會來了 .

我住的房間，躺椅有幾塊明顯的污漬，已經發黑，不知道多長時間沒清洗了。前台的女員工，辦理入住，問我，你叫啥名？我暈，你們酒店隨便在村裡拉個女的就能做前台嗎？不搞上崗培訓嗎？非常差的體驗。

第一這個和君瀾管理集團沒關係，不知道為什麼能這麼用這個名字；第二房間內煙味很重，好像酒店各個區域都能看到抽煙的人；第三淋浴間漏水嚴重，滿衞生間都是水；第四聽前台工作人員通話説：“別報維修了，和客人説抽風機就是壞的，湊活吧….

首先服務很差，入住的時候用了半小時以上，前台把房間弄錯了，訂了兩個家庭房。告訴我就有三個標間。沒有其他辦法。你衹能選擇接受。簡直不可理喻。在我們的堅持下，還是給我兩個原定的家庭房，還美其名曰是升級了。第二，午餐很次，沒什麼吃的。早餐還可以，但是包子那裡的服務員態度很差。再説一下温泉，水不乾淨，很多臟東西就不細説了，裏面的消費也很高，換鞋服務陰陽怪氣的，吵了一架，後來道歉了，總之服務很差，睡了一晚孩子還過敏了，不知道是水的問題還是床的問題，再也不會來了

首先在一個東北小縣城花1000多住一晚的温泉酒店還是略有期待的，但入住體驗覺得錢花的不值：首先1000多的是別墅，兩室兩廳（樓下一樓是廚房和餐廳、樓上是兩個卧室+室外温泉）直觀體驗不像是酒店，更像是民宿：酒店的洗漱用品、設施等等都透露出民宿的廉價感。 其次是酒店的餐食。入住贈送早餐+午餐。先説午餐，因為我們入住的時候臨近中午，結果一到自助餐廳：一個大型的農家樂餐食標準，和“酒店”二字一點兒都掛不上邊兒。早餐同樣是拉胯的餐食檔次：直觀感受就是低端農家樂吃什麼我們吃的就是什麼。 後來發現原來不管你住的是200塊錢的房間還是1000塊錢的房間，大家都是在一個地方“搶”食物。但是我們晚飯選擇在酒店吃，三個人280，吃的卻很好。這説明酒店不是沒有能力做出酒店的餐飲水準，而是“糊弄”早午餐。 最後説一下房間的水，因為燒水壺實在是有些老舊，因此4人標準別墅房提供了四瓶500毫升的飲用水+8元付費的農夫山泉。我們打電話給前台希望可以多要一些免費的瓶裝水，得到的答覆是：免費的水之後房間的四瓶，多餘的沒有。 頓時好感全無。 原本住三天兩晚的行程一看不妙趕緊改成兩天一晚😄
自助午餐:簡直是低標準的農家樂，建議能不吃就不吃
早餐:規格同自助午餐，簡直是噩夢
衞生：農家樂的衞生標準
環境：房間會有小蟲子飛進來，給了一個滅蚊器但不好使

下午快4點到店，入住有點曲折，前台一遍遍帶我去看房，終於找到我訂的房型。不滿意是家庭房在北側，是先沒有提示。3人家庭房，再補交2人費用，如果知道是北側，就直接訂兩間雙床房（4大人+1孩子）。包涵早餐和午餐，十點前退房可以玩到下午2點，過時前台説每人補交169元（大概），電腦控制她們也沒辦法。我們頭天入住好已經5點多，安頓好再去泡温泉沒玩多久天黑又下雨，就回來了，房間在北側，感覺空氣不好，30多平，沒有暖風空調衹有冷風，沒發開窗通風，長者孩子有些冷。第二天早餐後，休息一會，十點前退房，泡一會，12點半回來吃午餐，1點多又進去泡一會，1點20上來洗澡，2點前幾分鐘退手牌。總之沒玩好，也沒泡透，就是忙道，孩子要游泳，長者泡温泉，户外泳池温度低，室內在一層，單獨電梯，雖然酒店儘量處理了，黴味很大，提供很熱的熱水，把嗓子燙了，再坐了幾次黴味的電梯，沒泡好的身體又被冷風吹了，五個人回來當晚就病了4人，嚇死了，疫情！！！這裏面有我們個人原因，也有酒店安排不當，設施不合理。價格放在那裡，提供飲用水是不是也有常温的，而不是衹在大唐才有。10點前退房，是不是可以玩當天，而不是限制到下午2點前。辦理入住，效率能不能高點，既然拿時間來限制我們，辦理入住的時間就是侵佔我們消費時間。温泉酒店，房間朝向能不能寫清楚。空調房，為什麼衹提供冷氣？！
因為第一次去沒有經驗，温泉水質特別好，户外温泉氛圍也很好。還會再去，但事先會做好計劃。
