Hotel was a great place to getaway close to many castles to visit and countryside to take it. The room was set up beautifully and came stocked with snacks and drinks. The hotel restaurant was great we ate there 2 of our 4 nights. The Menu is very accommodating and the staff very friendly and helpful (they have English menus as an option).

We arrived at the hotel at around 11am, knowing check-in was only 3pm. We were hoping to have a relaxing day around the pool, as we had been travelling around Bavaria. We were told to use the pool before 3pm would cost us €35 each, we were quite shocked and disappointed as the hotel was expensive and we were only staying one night, so therefore only able to use the pool a couple of hours, for the price paid. Instead of paying for the pool, we hired E-bikes off the hotel,( €25) it was our first time using them, and throughly enjoyed our day cycling around all the lovely paths in the area. We would of had lunch by the pool, but instead ate in dinkelsbühl. The room was beautiful, but lacked air conditioning. The staff were helpful and friendly too. Breakfast was OK, not fantastic but pretty much what was expected.

Em meio a rota romântica, estilo clássico, conservado e elegante. Quarto amplo, com sacada e vista linda , cortinas blackout ótimas, ducha deliciosa. Café da manhã perfeito. Área externa maravilhosa. Piscina externa e coberta com spa. Staff atencioso e profissional. Hotel que não se tem vontade de ir embora.

Sehr nettes Hotel in schöner Lage .Zimmer sehr sauber und normal groß . Essen sehr gut in der Auswahl .Leider waren die Speisen teilweise nicht vorhanden .Wenn Fisch mit Garnelen auf der Karte steht dann erwarte ich 18:30 das auch welche da sind .Aber das ist halt leider nicht so gewesen .Qualität der Speisen aber hervorragend. Service sehr freundlich .Einzig nervig finde ich wen ich jedes mal bei Frühstück und Abendessen fragen muss wonach sitze .Das kenne ich so das man bei eine mehrtägigen Aufenthalt auch immer ein gleichen Tisch hat . Frühstück sehe reichhaltig und gut .Alles sehr frisch . Zwischenmahlzeiten und Kuchenbuffet top. Wellnessbereich sehr sauber und gut organisiert.Einzig das online Buchungssystem ist nicht so der Brüller .Wollte buchen bzw. schauen aber hatte immer Störung oder es hieß das Cookies das buchen behindern .Hätte gern was gebucht . Fitnessstudio ausreichend eingerichtet und schön gerichtet . Als absolutes No-Go finde ich den Parkplatz .Es hatte geregnet und der Schotterparkplatz bzw der mit normaler Erde war mit Pfützen und Dreck voll sodass alles schmutzig wurde . Aber alles in allem war ist sehr nett und wir kommen gern wieder . Weinkarte sehr gut mit guten Weinen .

Leider decken sich die online reservierten Wellnesstermine nicht immer mit denen im Hotelsystem. Laut Hotel ändern sie intern zwar häufig die Termine ab, können aber dem Gast nicht immer Bescheid geben. Daher kommt der Gast dann evtl zu spät zum Termin und erhält nur einen Teil der Behandlung. Wenn man den Wellnessbereich oder die Rezeption dann daraufhin weißt, wird man sehr herablassend behandelt - frisch nach dem Motto der Kunde ist immer und grundsätzlich schuld und überhaupt ein sehr großes Übel im Hotelbetrieb. Also Vorsicht mit den Treatments! Und wenn Sie welche buchen immer lieber nochmal nachfragen, ob sich die Uhrzeit geändert hat, um unangenehme Überraschungen zu vermeiden. Das Essen ist lecker und der Pool super schön. Unser Rat: Lieber diese Dinge genießen und vom Wellnessbereich die Finger lassen. Beschwerden lohnen sich übrigens nicht, denn dann wird man richtig schlecht behandelt und möchte nur noch flüchten. Seien Sie gewiss, die mahnenden Karten an der Rezeption stehen dort absichtlich: "Be nice or leave!" ist durchaus ernst gemeint und bedeutet "Lieber Gast ordne dich unter, mucke nicht auf, und dir wird auch kein Leid widerfahren".
