No coffee in the room. No shampoo or conditioner. No complimentary water. Breakfast was good but—Very expensive breakfast at 25 euros.

The bathroom shower was not safe! The shower head was very high on a very high ceiling. Hence water went everywhere. But the worst was the fact that the shower floor was extremely slippery. Thankfully we did not fall!!!!

Had a good time. Room felt very spacious and modern. Welcomed the complimentary non-alcoholic drinks when I arrived. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would choose again and hopefully have enough time to also visit the wellness area.

A must visit On visiting friends in the neighbourhood we always stay the first night in Hotel Hafen! Excellent harbour location and stylish group of new and restored buildings - a treat!
