The hotel boasts an elegant environment, with clean and tidy rooms and comfortable, soft bedding. The staff are warm and attentive, and the facilities are complete and convenient. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend staying here! Best of all, there's a night market street right downstairs, so you'll never have to worry about food. It's best not to drive if you can avoid it.

A new hotel well placed with polite and attentive staff. Good, Chinese style, breakfast is provided too. One negative aspect though, the room doesn't have a fridge. Quite weird for a 4 star hotel. Is mentioned in the room description though but didn't pay attention. I didn't think that this would ever be possible for a 4 star establishment.

The service here is exceptional, and the ambiance is wonderful; it truly is the most comfortable hotel in its class. The staff are so attentive, always greeting guests proactively and being incredibly thoughtful – their service truly deserves five stars. The restaurant's environment is very quiet, and the dishes are consistently exquisite with generous portions. Highly recommended!

The lobby is decorated in a grand style, showing a high-end style. The first impression is doubled. The service is very considerate, the environment is pleasant, and the stay is comfortable and safe. I accidentally booked the wrong day. After 2 o'clock, the front desk called to remind me and canceled it for free. It was very good.

I’m so happy to visit Echarm hotel again as it’s my favourite hotel in this area especially it’s my Dad’s Birth Place. It’s as good, friendly & well though through with all the free amenities, super friendly staffs, calm & tasty deco & nice scenery when I open the window in the morning seeing the lovely sunshine & the wonderful Hill scenery across. And the extra choice of neck friendly pillows are the most welcome surprise to give me a restful sleep. Can’t fault it again

The room is large, the surrounding environment is quiet, and the travel is very convenient. Facilities: relatively complete Hygienic: very clean Service: The front desk lady service is very good Next time I come to Foshan, I will definitely choose Yishang ～.
