Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Foshan

Booked two twin bed rooms with breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was around 10 mins from the nearest metro Beijiao Park. Our stay coincided with Mother's Day. On the first day, the breakfast area was overwhelmed with many people waiting for tables and insufficient food. All food were gone by 9:00am even though breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00am. Breakfast next day was much better - there was food and no crowds! See attached photos.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Location: The hotel is conveniently located, which is definitely a plus for travelers. Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the hygiene standards were not up to par. The towels provided were quite dirty, which was disappointing and made me question the overall cleanliness of the accommodation.

The Foshan Hilton Hotel, located near the Florentia Village and close to the light rail station, is just a 15-minute drive from the South Station, making it a very convenient location. The hotel maintains good hygiene standards, providing guests with a sense of security. While the front desk service is not particularly outstanding, it is steady and orderly. The breakfast hours are quite flexible, with no rush even for those who arrive later, offering a relaxed experience. The hotel’s decor and layout are thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and elegant living environment for guests.

When I travel to China I have always stay only in Hampton by Hilton because they never disappoint, and always leave good experience. This Hampton by Hilton very new, rooms clean and tidy as usual, breakfast great a lot of variety for foreigners. Customer service also was great, specifically I would like to thank ladies in front lobby , Yingying, Xiaomin, Nini. They were very helpful to arrange us taxis, Just the location of the hotel in remote area

Needed to stay overnight near Foshan Railway Station. The hotel corresponds to its price. Everything's clean. The first room I was given, although it was labeled ”non-smoking” was smoky to the point of impossibility. Asked to change the room, they changed it to a neighboring room without any problems. The new room had no smell.

The location is close to amenities and shopping malls. Staffs are friendly. Buffet selection is okay and they have laundry area on Level 3 for hotel customers too. However the frustrating problem is the shower. We booked 2x rooms for 4x nights. The water temperature is not consistent and it gets hot and cold. If you turned it to medium, there will be no hot water at all. Brought this up at the service desk and yet they could not fix it.

Beautiful scenery from lake side room. Front desk is in general helpful. However, no one attended to pickup our luggages and we had to take the bell cart on our own. Residents smoking on Non-smoking floor, but the staff just turned a blind eye. Breakfast buffet was too crowded and food refilling could barely catch up.

A while ago, I went to Shunde, Foshan, and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Junan. The experience was beyond imagination! Step into the lobby, the warm atmosphere is coming, and the bright and open space is pleasant. The front desk staff was professional and enthusiastic, especially Monica and bobo quickly checked in for me, and also introduced the surrounding attractions and authentic food in detail. The enthusiasm was like welcoming old friends back home. The rooms are clean and tidy, the layout is full of ingenuity, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the night is good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the quality of toiletries is excellent. The hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, both Chinese and Western, and local specialty snacks are not to be missed. This stay has added a lot to my trip to Foshan. I will choose here next time and recommend it to my friends who travel!

The hotel staff has a great sense of service, and the housekeeper Xiaohui is professional, so I give him special praise! The room design is very warm, and the children like it very much. There is a message board in the room, and my son also gave a fair evaluation of the hotel. The accompanying breakfast is also very nice. I hope to continue to work hard, not be arrogant or impatient, and do better. I will consider it as my first choice next time I go out!

I've stayed in many hotels, but this one really surprised me! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt it was very high-end. The front desk guy was very enthusiastic and considerate. He also recommended nearby attractions and delicious Shunde private dishes to me. The hotel's free breakfast was also very good and there was a lot to eat. Yingxin Plaza is very close, so it's very convenient for shopping and eating. I can also relax in the hotel gym when I come back at night. Perfect!
