Good service from the front desk The hotel has a very strong smoking smell as they allow guests to smoke inside the room nad public area You may want to take note of this if you can't take the smell of cigarettes. Other than this, all are okay

Items that are missing but will greatly enhance the hotel profile: 1- Iron for clothes 2- small fridge in the room 3- buffet menu is the same everyday ( needs to change a bit ) 4- Needs dinning spoon and fork 5- providing basic English training to the stuff will be great Positive items: 1- Great service 2 - Friendly stuffs 3- Washer and dryer is a great plus

Nice hotel not far from the Ceramic city. There is a metro station not far from the hotel, about 10 minutes to walk. Room is large, friendly staff.

Close to building materials market, foods is away from hotel.

Service: I have to complain about the front desk during the day. It was supposed to be checked out at 2:00, but they started calling at 1:10. I was speechless.
