"Hotel 🏨 is super convenient.. As you get Burger King 👑 on your left and Starbucks on your right and also close proximity to Lingnan Xintiandi, NOVA Mall and various other malls, F&B and night markets. Well that said, the room is a bit run-down and the bathrooms are old.. but usable. The unit we stayed in is spacious at 50m with seperate bedrooms and it also has a microwave oven and washing machine. Beds are a bit hard.. But overall it's quite a good place that I will recommend as just the location alone is already a winner here."

"The hotel is conveniently located above a subway station, with a large shopping mall downstairs. The beds were clean and the windows were well-insulated.
We booked a non-smoking room, but the air conditioner smelled of cigarette smoke, requiring the windows to be opened. The air conditioner and some corners of the room were dusty, which could be improved.
There's only one room card, which you have to insert to access the electricity. All appliances shut off when you leave the room, so any food in the refrigerator might spoil.
For an apartment, the value is reasonable."

"It's the first time I live in Xi'an in Guiyang, and it feels good. I just happened to have it when I came to Foshan. The hotel is clean and tidy, the location is easy to find, the room layout is very good, the bathroom is clean, the bath products are good, clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, the bed is big and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful. "The hotel has a washer and dryer, the washing machine feels a bit dirty, I wiped the washing machine door before washing ... The dryer is very small, to dry for a long time, the most speechless is someone selfish to take out the clothes being baked in the machine without the consent of others, and then put their own clothes, as a result, the time came to see, his clothes dry, mine half dry and put in a basket. There are always people who have no lower limit to their character, which is simply shameful.
In addition, there are cockroaches in the hotel room, two nights were killed... the whole room is a bit small, looks OK, but do not know where the cockroaches come from .......  In conclusion, although the front desk service is OK, but  will not buy again next time."

"Well, another past glory hotel. Large rooms, good beds, shabby desk and, of course, sticky floor. This time is ceramic floor so i just bought a mop and some floor cleaner and cleaned it myself. I also forbid the cleaning lady to attempt to use her mysterious looking mop. Bathroom is good, large. Just shower. Sticky floor, obviously, let me clean it. The front desk was excellent, i left a day sooner and she refunded me one night without much talk. She gave me cash...ahhh, well, thank you!
Will i come again? maybe. Maybe there is something else around...."

"I went to the stadium to watch a concert. At first, it was only 5 kilometers away, which seemed quite close. I thought that if I couldn't get a taxi, I could still ride a bicycle. But I was still not well prepared. It was dark all the way and it felt really hard to find. The room was also very dark. I had already turned on all the lights in the room in P3."

WWayneKI arrived very early in the morning and since there was no remark column in Trip.com when I booked, I didn't know how to inform the hotel. However, a number was left at the reception and upon calling, the receptionist came shortly after. My parents and I were exhausted from the odd hour flights and we were greatly surprised that we were allowed to check in for free at such an early hour. The hotel kindly gave us the family room which I have booked for way ahead of check in time, which we were very grateful for. The room was very spacious and clean and had all that we needed. After a short rest, we went out quickly as we only had a day in Shunde. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the centre of main attraction, nearby QingHui Garden. The hotel also gave recommendations for food where locals will go to rather than tourist traps. I followed the recommended places and all were fantastic. Super grateful for the hotel's service from beginning till I check out the next day. They were also not in a hurry to chase us out by 12pm and told us to take our time. Highly recommended and would definitely want to stay here again if I get to go to Shunde again!

GGuest UserSimply amazing! Two words that perfectly describe this hotel.
Firstly the location. It was so convenient and economical to be able to just take the metro all the way from Guangzhou to the Huangshi North subway station. We even managed to do this on our one day Guangzhou pass! Out the exit and there is the hotel - practically right in front of the station!
Then there was the superb service. The couple running the hotel were unbelievably helpful. They took every request we made very seriously and truly tried their best to fulfill it. Nothing was considered too difficult for them.
Being independent travellers and foreigners we found this to be a Godsend. We were very happy with their recommendations of where and what to eat as Shunde is a foodie paradise.
The bedroom and bathroom offered all the amenities we required and were well-maintained and clean. We had a good night’s sleep on the oh so comfortable bed.
For the price we paid we couldn’t have asked for more.

The environment is very hygienic, and there are aunties cleaning regularly every day. The hotel service is very good and hospitable. As long as the customers have needs, they will try their best to meet them. The hotel air conditioning is cool, the washing machine is also very good, and there are necessary items such as hair dryers and water heaters. Recommended!

The surrounding business district is complete, and eating, drinking and entertainment are all very close. The room design is simple and stylish, with complete facilities, kitchens and washing machines, and it is very comfortable for long-term stays. The hygiene is impeccable, the bedding is clean and soft, and the cleaning is very meticulous. The service is even more considerate, the response speed is super fast, and the details are perfect! The sound insulation effect is also very good, and it is quiet enough to sleep well at night. The price-performance ratio is super high, and it is highly recommended to friends who are on business trips and traveling. I will come again next time!

GGuest UserPros-The hotel provides mobile phone number to be added in the Wechat name list so we can contact the hotel for free transportation when arrived at the airport in the very early hours in the morning. When arrived at the airport, get internet access via the airport Wifi and contact the hotel via Wechat to arrange the waiting place for the hotel van. Waiting time was alright with about half an hour. We regretted no using the free transportation to airport for our journey to Chenzhou on High speed train at Guangzhou Bei station, thinking that there will be buses going to the train station from the nearby bus stop. However, we waited for almost half hour and the bus didn't appeared. Later, we opt for the bus to the airport and then took the subway to the train station, which was the fastest alternative.
Cons-Beware, non-smoking room is no availble and you may stay in the room with cigarette smell.

MmerusonI love the breakfast buffet here. the dumplings are freshly made by the staff and are full of ingredients. the watermelon is very sweet as it is the watermelon season. there is quite a selection of food and even coffee.
the room is spacious and techy with panel controls from lighting to curtains. the bed is on the hard side, good for elderly but not good for side sleepers.
the location of the hotel is convenient. you can go to popular tourist attractions by bus just outside the hotel, which saves you walking to the metro.
the hotel staff are polite and helpful, especially the housekeeping. the housekeeper went the extra mile to serve guests. when i checked in, the air conditioning condensation pipe always floods the toilet as the water cannot properly drain via the drainage outlet. she went the extra mile to buy a hose to extend the condensation pipe till the drainage. nice. the kitchen staff also makes a point to greet guests when they enter the buffet area. good.
