Had a great stay, the service was excellent and they were very accommodating. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was super soft and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. Atour is definitely my top choice when traveling!

On my first day visiting Shunde, I stayed at Atour. The room was really old, and the bathroom facilities showed clear signs of wear and tear. The service was cold and unwelcoming, which significantly detracted from the overall experience. The next day, I switched to the Orange Hotel next door, and it was a complete game-changer – the difference was like night and day! The room featured smart amenities like electric curtains and a smart toilet, and it was spotless with no strange odors. The front desk staff were warm and attentive during check-in, and they were always quick to assist with any request. The value for money and the overall experience here absolutely surpassed my stay at the Atour Hotel next door! The lobby has a very comfortable vibe, and its proximity to the subway entrance makes getting around super convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting OCT.

Booked this hotel for a business trip, and it's super close to my company. The hotel environment and service are both excellent, and the location is fantastic. There are tons of great restaurants downstairs and a huge mall nearby, perfect for eating and shopping. Highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The overall experience was very comfortable, and it offers great value for money. The room was clean and tidy. I'd definitely recommend it. It's also close to the South Station, and there's a subway station right outside, which is very convenient. Overall, a good experience.

This hotel was a fantastic experience! French style permeates the entire hotel, from the elegant lobby to the refined rooms, with exquisite details throughout. The convenient location makes it easy to access Danzao's attractions and shopping district. The rooms were clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service was attentive; the hot herbal tea upon arrival was a heartwarming touch, and the staff responded quickly. The room was spacious and quiet, and the kind lady at the front desk even upgraded our room type. Facilities: The main issue was that the Wi-Fi was incredibly unstable, and screen mirroring was very laggy. Another big problem was that screen mirroring wasn't linked to individual rooms; anyone could cast to any room in the hotel. This meant our TV kept getting interrupted by other people casting to our screen, which was very annoying. Also, I'm not sure if it was the mattress or the pillows, but they weren't very comfortable. My husband and I are usually sound sleepers, but we woke up multiple times every night. My husband never dreams, but he was dreaming every single night here. Didn't take any photos, so I'm using food pictures instead.

Quite good, highly recommend staying here. I compared it with Crowne Plaza and Venus Royal, and chose Venus Royal – no regrets! As soon as I got out of the car, the big brother from the Tmall store next door warmly invited me for tea; Foshan people are just so kind. The hotel's location is excellent, with Ancestral Temple and Nanfeng Ancient Kiln nearby, making it convenient to get anywhere. The room is large, clean, and tidy. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly, provided detailed information, and responded promptly. Breakfast is abundant and distinctive, with an unbeatable view from the 37th floor. Diagonally opposite, there's a new DNA shopping mall with Dot Dim Sum, congee hot pot, and everything you could want, so you can eat something different every day. Downstairs at the hotel, you can play billiards, watch movies, eat steamed spare ribs, get a Thai SPA – there's plenty of food, drink, and entertainment. I'd love to come back again.

Overall, it was satisfactory. I was told the room wasn't ready when I checked in around 2 PM and had to wait a bit. The hotel notes non-smoking rooms (my floor, the 10th, was a non-smoking floor). All hotel facilities worked fine, and cleanliness was decent. The hotel parking is in an annex building, with a skybridge on the second floor leading to the main hotel building. Nearby attractions aren't too far, and it's quite suitable for walking. The buffet selection was a bit limited. When my child went to sit in a certain area, a staff member there coldly informed us that we could only sit there if we paid extra. There was no clear sign or indication of this, and I think the staff's attitude could be improved. Just because it's not a free area doesn't mean they should be condescending. This was the only minor dissatisfaction during this stay.

The room was clean and tidy, and spacious. The balcony offered a view right into the heart of the lake, making it feel like we were staying in an ancient town. The natural scenery of the water town, with its flourishing flora and fauna, was beautiful. The various themed parks were also large, and it was very convenient and easy to navigate with our own stroller throughout.
