The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly until morning. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. MMatjazzzzzAfter my first stay at this marvelous seviced apartment I already knew that my next stay will be 1000% here again. So the time finally came and the feeling was not like going to a rented apartment but thanks to Abby it was like coming home.
I am really honest regarding praise for this apartment. The location, the cleanliness, the warm home feel you get from Abby and the staff is just on another level.
You are not just a customer you are almost like family.
Any foreigner or local staying in Foshan region should seriously consider this facility since it makes your stay perfect.
2 major metro lines literally in front of the building entrance, a modern mall with a million of food choices and a huge supermarket etc etc.
This time I am in China for 20 days and I thought for variety I would try 10 days of some other hotel but this is just unbeatable so I just extended.
Guys I am a very honest guy regarding reviews and giving credit to those who deserve it and this place deserves 11 out of 10 points really.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious and bright, with no strange odors. The bed, duvet, and pillows were clean and comfortable. There's a long counter space, which is perfect for someone like me who likes to spread out their belongings. An additional sink outside the bathroom was incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very responsive and handled issues promptly. It met our expectations and offered great value for money. Plus, free parking was a huge bonus, saving both hassle and money!

2200737****The apartment has been converted into a guesthouse. The location is quite convenient, about 300 meters from Qinghui Garden, and the pedestrian street is also nearby. There are restaurants downstairs, making dining easy. The room facilities are decent, and the bed is very large. However, there's no partition in the middle, which means people might disturb each other.

GGuest UserThe hygiene was quite good. Although the room wasn't very big, everything, including the toiletries, was disposable, clean, and very hygienic. The service attitude was also excellent and relatively standardized. The only downside is that the amenities might be a bit basic, and there might be KTV noise at night, but I was so tired I fell asleep immediately.

The environment is very hygienic, and there are aunties cleaning regularly every day. The hotel service is very good and hospitable. As long as the customers have needs, they will try their best to meet them. The hotel air conditioning is cool, the washing machine is also very good, and there are necessary items such as hair dryers and water heaters. Recommended!

KkylierobbenBeautiful villa with great outdoor swimming area for toddlers and bigger kids/adults. Villa was clean and has all basic necessities like towels, some basic kitchen items , toothbrushes , hair dryer, WASHING MACHINE etc. As well as very comfortable sofa . There is also KTV. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely coming again. For foreign friends, I would suggest bringing coffee mugs and utensils as there are only chop sticks. The only slight downfall to note is the stone walkway in the garden is highly slippery when wet and very sharp a little dangerous for small kids and the swings are old and not safe . The baby pool to the side is not usable and the hot tub doesn't work but still worth the price . The Waterpark alone was amazing my children loved it ❤️ 💙 ♥️ I will definitely visit again.

GGuest UserAll aspects of service are OK, that is, the network speed is too slow, there is no way to work. Air conditioning is almost meaningless, but I can still accept it. The washing machine needs to buy laundry detergent by itself.
