5-Star Hotels in Foshan

This hotel is located in Daliang, directly across the river from Fisherman's Wharf and close to Happy Coast, making its location quite good. The hotel itself is relatively new. The swimming pool on the 3rd floor is excellent – the water is heated and clean, and it's well-maintained. We also received a complimentary welcome drink at the bar on the 20th floor, where the night views from above are fantastic. Breakfast is served on the 21st floor, and enjoying it with the beautiful river views in the morning was a wonderful experience. On the downside, the shower in our room had serious leaking issues. It seems to be a design flaw, as the water didn't drain properly, and the glass door wasn't sealed well. When showering, all the water spilled out, leaving the entire bathroom floor wet. Also, the breakfast selection wasn't particularly extensive. Despite these issues, the staff were very enthusiastic and promptly arranged for someone to clean up when we reported the problem.

The room was spotless and odor-free, making for a truly comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, and the small table and chairs by the window were perfect for working or enjoying the view. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, which was very convenient. The location and overall environment were excellent, providing a sense of security and ease. The desk and lounge area were well-arranged, facilitating both work and relaxation. The bathroom fixtures were new and clean, with a spacious vanity that offered plenty of storage. The minibar was well-stocked with a coffee machine and bottled water – a thoughtful touch. The comfortable bed and soundproofing meant I wasn't disturbed at all during the night. The service overall was professional and efficient, and the cleanliness standards were high. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for my next business trip.

This serviced apartment seems to be fairly new. Its location right next to Qiandeng Lake is excellent, with a mall downstairs, though many shops are still opening. Basic necessities are covered, but the parking entrance is a bit hard to find. We traveled with two small dogs, and the hotel is pet-friendly. They charge a one-time fee regardless of the length of stay, which is great. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. A lady at the front desk even proactively suggested nearby spots to take the dogs for a walk and gave us a pet goodie bag. The room was clean and spacious, and we even got a balcony (thanks to a front desk upgrade!), which was perfect for smoking. The staff kindly reminded me that smoking indoors is strictly prohibited (apologies to the housekeeping team! 🙏). Overall, I'm very satisfied. While it wasn't cheap, the value for money was excellent! 👍

A good accommodation experience, the key is good service. Whether it is the front desk manager or the cleaning staff, they are very nice to you and will take the initiative to ask if you need help. Changing rooms, delivering tea sets, and delivering water will be done for you immediately! A little regret is that there are too many people having breakfast on May Day, and there is not enough food.

The room size is generous, and the king-size bed is very comfortable with high-quality bedding – I slept wonderfully! The semi-open-air pool is perfect for hot days, offering a super refreshing dip without direct sun exposure. The breakfast restaurant has a lovely ambiance with large, floor-to-ceiling windows and delicious food. The self-service coffee machine is a nice touch, and I highly recommend trying the Cantonese Wonton Noodles. Nearby, Happy Coast is a great spot for entertainment, dining, and shopping all in one place.

To be fair, this Hilton has its pros and cons. On the positive side, the location is good, there's ample parking, the environment is decent, and the rooms are tidy with a simple and clean layout. However, after staying one night, I woke up in the middle of the night with an itchy skin all over my hands and feet. When I scratched, red rashes appeared. I'm not sure if it was due to chemical residues on the bedding that I'm sensitive to or some other unknown reason, but my family experienced the same issue. We didn't have this problem before checking in. Compared to other Hampton by Hilton or Hilton Garden Inn properties, the housekeeping staff here really needs to improve their service quality. Whether it was asking for a laundry bag or two extra bottles of water, they were always reluctant and unhelpful. There was no sense of being welcomed. The service simply doesn't match the price. Overall, it was a bad experience.

The Wyndham Changhua Hotel is conveniently located, and the rooms on higher floors offer great views. The environment is clean and hygienic. Miya at the front desk is warm and attentive. Every stay here is very satisfying!

This is an older hotel, and while the rooms are a bit dated, they're quite spacious. The service is excellent, and the breakfast spread is generous with a good variety of options. It's also conveniently located close to many attractions, making it a great base for exploring!

Stayed at the Courtyard Foshan with friends for a weekend trip. The room had great natural light and was very clean. Guests can also use the Marriott's pool and gym. We encountered an issue with a strange smell in our room, but Shirley efficiently arranged a room change for us. She was patient and communicative throughout, showing great responsibility. The hotel is surrounded by many dining options, and parking is convenient if you're driving. The only minor drawback was that breakfast seating was limited during peak hours. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Foshan.

🏨 Foshan@Shunde Lesso Courtyard Hotel | Kids' room captivated my children! My two kids and I stayed in the Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf themed family room, and we were instantly amazed when we opened the door 🤩 It's simply a room designed for kids to burn off energy! The little tent was also Pleasant Goat themed 🐑, and the two brothers immediately dove in, chattering away. One moment they were pretending to have a meeting in Goat Village, the next they were plotting to catch Big Big Wolf. With the digital building blocks, they put their heads together to build a Goat Village castle 🥳. The room details were also incredibly thoughtful. The floor-to-ceiling windows had excellent sound insulation and fantastic natural light ☀️. When the sun shone in, the whole room was bright, bright, bright! The space was so generous that the kids could run around without feeling cramped at all. The family dinner set meal 🍱 could be delivered to the room – a godsend for lazy people, haha! They had both Chinese and Western dishes, and the taste was quite good. The hotel's breakfast buffet had a huge variety 🥐, including freshly made noodles 🍜, Cantonese dim sum 🥧, fresh fruits 🍉… Eating a good breakfast gave us more energy to play. The hotel facilities were absolutely top-notch 👍: It had its own ”Candy House Kids' Paradise 🎠” + pickleball court 🏀, where you could literally 'drop off' the kids to expend their energy. Do the adults want to relax? The gym 🏋️ and heated swimming pool 🏊 were available anytime. Downstairs was Yingshen Plaza, with a large supermarket and plenty of food options 🍜, making it super convenient for an evening stroll and finding a meal. 🌏 The newly opened B.Duck City Park was super fun, with new and clean facilities 🌺. There was Ultraman car driving, ball pit, crazy disco, flying diaries, trampoline, and marble games~
