Sstella1021We drove to Shunde for a food trip, and aside from eating, we spent most of our time at the hotel – it was a fantastic experience overall! The room was very new and stylish, and just lying on the large bed facing the river view was incredibly relaxing. The bathroom design was particularly stunning, blending aesthetics with practicality; the two separate sinks and the independent vanity with a stool were both very convenient. The complimentary welcome drink is at the bar on the 20th floor, and I recommend going at night for a better view. The hotel staff provided excellent service, from the front desk to the bar and restaurant, making everything very pleasant. One small suggestion: the hairdryer in the room was a bit underpowered. I held it for 20 minutes, and my arm got tired before my hair was completely dry. It would be great if they could replace it, but everything else was perfect!

GGuest UserOverall, my stay was alright! The main advantage was the hotel's proximity to the stadium, which was incredibly convenient for my child's competition. As for other aspects, we did encounter a hiccup: the room was quite cold. The air conditioning seemed stuck at 16.5 degrees Celsius, and I couldn't adjust the temperature, which was a first for me to feel so cold in a hotel. To avoid any disruptions to my child's competition, I didn't want to make a fuss. The service recovery provided by the front office manager, Thomas, wasn't anything to write home about – just average. I might consider staying here again in the future.

FFenxiangleThe room is a little yellow duck theme room, very cute, bedding and toiletries are all little yellow duck ~ The scenery outside the terrace is nice, you can see the mountains in the distance and the lake nearby. The room has a bathtub, and the terrace also has a balcony table and chairs. The service staff and cleaning staff are very polite. For dinner, just eat in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. Shunde tastes good, and you can use vouchers during the Qingming Festival. Breakfast options are all OK, and you can eat quite full. It's about 20 minutes from Yingxiang Ecological Park, and the road conditions are OK. I ordered takeout to the hotel and picked it up at a designated point on the first floor, which is quite convenient.

It's a great place for wellness. Especially their garden rooms, the air quality is just incredible. The rooms are clean, hygienic, and high-class! Service: Every staff member is polite and greets you every time you come and go. The hotel breakfast is also delicious and plentiful. It's easy to call a taxi, making it super convenient to find good food. Honestly, it's just so comfortable, I don't want to leave! [Lol][Lol]

The service throughout was attentive and thoughtful, and a special thank you goes out to the staff members Kevin, Derrick, Carrie, and Nina. They were all incredibly enthusiastic and professional, responded promptly to all our needs, and paid attention to every detail, making us feel very comfortable. This is definitely our top choice for accommodation when traveling, highly recommended! We will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and the bathroom had no unpleasant smells. The decor was very stylish and luxurious. The location is great, with direct access to a shopping mall downstairs. The hotel staff were warm and attentive. My only minor quibble is that the tea in the Chinese restaurant was a bit warm close to closing time, and the tea itself wasn't very strong. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

My two kids and I stayed in the Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf themed family room, and we were instantly amazed when we opened the door 🤩 It's simply a room designed for kids to burn off energy! The little tent was also Pleasant Goat themed 🐑, and the two brothers immediately dove in, chattering away. One moment they were pretending to have a meeting in Goat Village, the next they were plotting to catch Big Big Wolf. With the digital building blocks, they put their heads together to build a Goat Village castle 🥳. The room details were also incredibly thoughtful. The floor-to-ceiling windows had excellent sound insulation and fantastic natural light ☀️. When the sun shone in, the whole room was bright, bright, bright! The space was so generous that the kids could run around without feeling cramped at all. The family dinner set meal 🍱 could be delivered to the room – a godsend for lazy people, haha! They had both Chinese and Western dishes, and the taste was quite good. The hotel's breakfast buffet had a huge variety 🥐, including freshly made noodles 🍜, Cantonese dim sum 🥧, fresh fruits 🍉… Eating a good breakfast gave us more energy to play. The hotel facilities were absolutely top-notch 👍: It had its own ”Candy House Kids' Paradise 🎠” + pickleball court 🏀, where you could literally 'drop off' the kids to expend their energy. Do the adults want to relax? The gym 🏋️ and heated swimming pool 🏊 were available anytime. Downstairs was Yingshen Plaza, with a large supermarket and plenty of food options 🍜, making it super convenient for an evening stroll and finding a meal. 🌏 The newly opened B.Duck City Park was super fun, with new and clean facilities 🌺. There was Ultraman car driving, ball pit, crazy disco, flying diaries, trampoline, and marble games~

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic for tourists, being very close to Zumiao Temple and Lingnan Tiandi. The hotel is well-maintained, and for its age, it was incredibly well-appointed – for example, dual sinks were a rare luxury back then. The whole experience exudes a retro-luxe feel. Watching the sunset from the living area in my room was a highlight. I also loved the paper-cut art in the lobby; it was the first time I'd seen anything like it and it was truly unique.

They even thoughtfully provide a local food guide for guests, which is super useful. Oh, and the dim sum at the Chinese restaurant on the 4th floor is absolutely delicious!

Wwyd871101I was initially worried the hotel might be a bit old since it's been open for a while, but after checking in, I found it had been renovated and is a very standard five-star hotel. The room size was just right, and the location is excellent. From the balcony, you can overlook Zumiao Temple and Lingnan Tiandi, making it super convenient to go downstairs and walk around anytime! The staff were also enthusiastic and polite. When I called housekeeping for towels and a pen, they arrived incredibly fast, within 2 minutes. To maintain this level of service quality during the Dragon Boat Festival, with such a large crowd, I think it's an outstanding hotel! Plus, the price wasn't expensive, and the hotel voucher even included a free extra bed, which for us as a family, made it feel like incredibly good value for money. Absolutely recommended!
