5-Star Hotels in Foshan

The room facilities are excellent, with thoughtful details throughout, and the overall environment is clean and cozy. I especially want to commend the front desk lady; even during peak check-in time, she remained poised and elegant. She greeted every guest with a smile, processed everything efficiently, and never rushed or skimped on service despite being busy. She was professional and genuinely warm!

This hotel is located in Daliang, directly across the river from Fisherman's Wharf and close to Happy Coast, making its location quite good. The hotel itself is relatively new. The swimming pool on the 3rd floor is excellent – the water is heated and clean, and it's well-maintained. We also received a complimentary welcome drink at the bar on the 20th floor, where the night views from above are fantastic. Breakfast is served on the 21st floor, and enjoying it with the beautiful river views in the morning was a wonderful experience. On the downside, the shower in our room had serious leaking issues. It seems to be a design flaw, as the water didn't drain properly, and the glass door wasn't sealed well. When showering, all the water spilled out, leaving the entire bathroom floor wet. Also, the breakfast selection wasn't particularly extensive. Despite these issues, the staff were very enthusiastic and promptly arranged for someone to clean up when we reported the problem.

I had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back. If you are looking for a high-end experience without the steep price tag, this is the perfect spot. It is located right next to the Marriott Hotel, and the layout feels remarkably similar. You’re getting a very comparable room setup but at a much more affordable rate. The room was spotless. The room was surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and work without feeling cramped.

The room is a little yellow duck theme room, very cute, bedding and toiletries are all little yellow duck ~ The scenery outside the terrace is nice, you can see the mountains in the distance and the lake nearby. The room has a bathtub, and the terrace also has a balcony table and chairs. The service staff and cleaning staff are very polite. For dinner, just eat in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. Shunde tastes good, and you can use vouchers during the Qingming Festival. Breakfast options are all OK, and you can eat quite full. It's about 20 minutes from Yingxiang Ecological Park, and the road conditions are OK. I ordered takeout to the hotel and picked it up at a designated point on the first floor, which is quite convenient.

Aside from the facilities and decor being a bit dated, I honestly can't fault anything else. The service was genuinely excellent and heartfelt, not at all fake. Liz at the front desk was so thoughtful; she upgraded our room and gave us great recommendations for local food and attractions. Every service, from room service to the pool and restaurant, was superb. Even though the facilities are older, they're perfectly functional. The location is also fantastic, and the view from the window is lovely.

Despite my busy schedule, I managed to take my family to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Foshan. The environment was comfortable, and the room hygiene was excellent, with a full range of toiletries. Just a small suggestion: during peak delivery times, I'd recommend picking up your own food. Otherwise, takeaways can queue up, and the robot can't keep up. Having two robots would be better, especially since the hotel is quite large. Other than that, I want to commend Ms. Shirley; she was incredibly warm and even thoughtfully recommended nearby attractions and good food. The hotel also has a heated indoor swimming pool, which my kids absolutely loved, saying they want to stay here again next time we visit Foshan. Plus, the breakfast spread was quite good, and the staff were very friendly. All in all, a pleasant stay!☺️

The Hilton Shunde boasts an excellent location right next to a commercial district, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. There are authentic Shunde delicacies everywhere nearby, so it's easy to try local favorites like offal hotpot and fish sashimi. The rooms are comfortable, making this my top choice for a Shunde food tour!

Seriously blown away, it felt really good overall. Everything seemed pretty great, except for one small thing: the bathrobe wasn't replaced with a fresh one when the room was cleaned, even though I didn't use it, haha. But those are minor issues! I have to specifically mention that the room itself was excellent; the curtains were really blackout, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Seriously great!

Had a weekend getaway, unexpectedly coincided with a typhoon, but the hotel's location was excellent – convenient for nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was also generous. On the weekend, the first floor hosted many graduation parties, making it quite lively. The lobby bar was very inviting, even selling snacks like pineapple buns at affordable prices. The 1.7-meter deep swimming pool was a real highlight.

Extremely comfortable hotel and rooms, very clean. It's conveniently located near a mall and convenience stores. The breakfast offers a great variety and tastes delicious. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance, highly recommended! 👍
