Sstella1021We drove to Shunde for a food trip, and aside from eating, we spent most of our time at the hotel – it was a fantastic experience overall! The room was very new and stylish, and just lying on the large bed facing the river view was incredibly relaxing. The bathroom design was particularly stunning, blending aesthetics with practicality; the two separate sinks and the independent vanity with a stool were both very convenient. The complimentary welcome drink is at the bar on the 20th floor, and I recommend going at night for a better view. The hotel staff provided excellent service, from the front desk to the bar and restaurant, making everything very pleasant. One small suggestion: the hairdryer in the room was a bit underpowered. I held it for 20 minutes, and my arm got tired before my hair was completely dry. It would be great if they could replace it, but everything else was perfect!

GGuest UserThis place is really comfortable. It's quite hot here right now, around 20-something degrees Celsius, just like summer. There aren't many people around, and they even gave us a free upgrade to a ground-floor room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room felt very cozy the moment we stepped in, and the garden is lovely too. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have its own pool; you have to buy a separate ticket to swim at the clubhouse next door. However, the clubhouse pool environment is excellent, and the water is very clean.

GGuest UserOverall, my stay was alright! The main advantage was the hotel's proximity to the stadium, which was incredibly convenient for my child's competition. As for other aspects, we did encounter a hiccup: the room was quite cold. The air conditioning seemed stuck at 16.5 degrees Celsius, and I couldn't adjust the temperature, which was a first for me to feel so cold in a hotel. To avoid any disruptions to my child's competition, I didn't want to make a fuss. The service recovery provided by the front office manager, Thomas, wasn't anything to write home about – just average. I might consider staying here again in the future.

FFenxiangleThe room is a little yellow duck theme room, very cute, bedding and toiletries are all little yellow duck ~ The scenery outside the terrace is nice, you can see the mountains in the distance and the lake nearby. The room has a bathtub, and the terrace also has a balcony table and chairs. The service staff and cleaning staff are very polite. For dinner, just eat in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. Shunde tastes good, and you can use vouchers during the Qingming Festival. Breakfast options are all OK, and you can eat quite full. It's about 20 minutes from Yingxiang Ecological Park, and the road conditions are OK. I ordered takeout to the hotel and picked it up at a designated point on the first floor, which is quite convenient.

AAnonymous UserThis serviced apartment seems to be fairly new. Its location right next to Qiandeng Lake is excellent, with a mall downstairs, though many shops are still opening. Basic necessities are covered, but the parking entrance is a bit hard to find. We traveled with two small dogs, and the hotel is pet-friendly. They charge a one-time fee regardless of the length of stay, which is great. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. A lady at the front desk even proactively suggested nearby spots to take the dogs for a walk and gave us a pet goodie bag. The room was clean and spacious, and we even got a balcony (thanks to a front desk upgrade!), which was perfect for smoking. The staff kindly reminded me that smoking indoors is strictly prohibited (apologies to the housekeeping team! 🙏). Overall, I'm very satisfied. While it wasn't cheap, the value for money was excellent! 👍

The hotel staff were warm and attentive. My only minor quibble is that the tea in the Chinese restaurant was a bit warm close to closing time, and the tea itself wasn't very strong. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

LLuojishushuThe hotel's facilities and front desk service were all quite good. However, on the morning of the second day, I had just woken up and gone to the restroom, completely undressed, when a cleaner pushed open the door, saying we were checking out. I was a bit speechless as we literally bumped into each other. She kept confirming with my naked self before saying she made a mistake. She apologized briefly and left, but I was still annoyed. We hadn't checked out yet, so how could she just swipe her card and walk in? Shouldn't the card not work if we haven't checked out? Later, after we did check out, a staff member called me in the afternoon asking for a good review. I was in a public place at the time and didn't want to bring up the issue, but I couldn't honestly give a five-star rating.
On a positive note, there was something worth praising. Later, when we stopped briefly at the entrance with our shared electric scooter to pick up our stored luggage, one security guard very aggressively told us to move. But another security guard quickly came over and said it was fine for us to stop, and even helped us with our luggage. That was very thoughtful and definitely deserves praise.

玩玩樂的心The Sheraton was an absolute blast; my stay there was perfect. The hotel boasts an elegant and grand ambiance, with beautiful garden views. It's fully equipped with a constant-temperature pool and a gym. There are plenty of activities for families with kids, so you can easily spend the whole day swimming and strolling around without getting bored. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with excellent soundproofing. Their signature 'Sweet Sleeper' bed is incredibly soft and fluffy; lying on it instantly relaxes you, guaranteeing a full night's sleep. The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, is clean and tidy, and all amenities are well-stocked. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views. The staff provides thoughtful and attentive service, handling everything efficiently. It's perfect for both a relaxing vacation and a short getaway. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. This will definitely be my top choice for future trips.

GGuest UserWhen I booked, I was a little worried the place might be too old, and that the two-bedroom villa would have a strange layout. Turns out, my worries were completely unfounded; the stay was very comfortable. The complimentary dragon boat craft activity and welcome gifts were a nice touch. The villa butler was very polite, and even when a minor issue came up, it was resolved immediately. The complimentary desserts were delicious. The villa stay also included executive lounge access, which we didn't really use much. The one time we did go, it was very quiet and comfortable, a far cry from a crowded cafeteria. The stir-fried bean sprouts at the Chinese restaurant were excellent, and the roasted pigeon was the best I've ever had. I honestly think the Chinese restaurant's quality surpasses the popular 'influencer' restaurants in Lingnan Tiandi. Both Zumiao Ancestral Temple and Lingnan Xintiandi are within walking distance, and the Meland Sport next door is great for kids. If I ever visit Foshan again, I would gladly stay here.
