We had all the trouble in the world to find the hotel. Not a sign, not 1 panel, no indication, in the end we went prospecting on foot until we found an illuminated entrance (which looked more like a service exit from a restaurant). There a machine was waiting for us where we had to enter our reservation number. This being done, the machine goes into error and restarts (Windows page, etc.) briefly after 3 attempts, finally the holy grail: the room number and the code. On the other hand, no paper in the machine and in addition it was not closed (the entire facade was open). We head inside and take possession of our room. Super dated and rudimentary room, I'll spare you the dead and burst spiders on the walls. At 1am we could still hear the voices from the next room. the walls are paper mache! The next evening, when we returned for our 2nd night, despite having put the do not disturb sign on our door, the room was cleaned. Our suitcase was moved, our clothes changed places and we felt very uncomfortable, as if we had returned to our privacy! We didn't have the courage to have breakfast.

Very clean hotel, comfortable bedding, very warm welcome, very friendly and attentive staff. Only criticism, this hotel needs a facelift, because it is very old and the rooms need to be redone... Too bad we can't put a note between very good and average. (Good for example)

This hotel is the worst I have encountered. It is dilapidated. When we arrived, we were unable to pay by credit card because the reader was defective. We decide to pay by bank check. The first room offered to us did not have heating. We are therefore requesting a change of room. The second bedroom is more than dilapidated. The bathroom door does not close since there is no longer a handle. We therefore want a refund for our stay which was refused to us because we had returned to the room. At my insistence, the hotel manager accepted our departure the next day despite our reservation for 4 days. The reimbursement was to take place at the end of last week by bank transfer which we are still waiting for 😩

arriving at 5 p.m. on 6/11/21, having reserved a room, I go to the receptionist to pay with holiday vouchers, he replies that the room is already paid for in view of the invoice, he had debited my card before our arrival! However, you can cancel until 6 p.m. and I had reserved a cancelable room. Thank you seriously!

Non-smoking hotel but with a pungent smell of smoke. The room and the bathroom with mold the pillowcases not even change. Getting used to the ibis budget this hotel is not at the level of a formula 1. Hotel to avoid

Hygiène déplorable Odeurs d'évacuation de salle de bain puantes Rideaux de douche trop courts, moisis Pommeau de douche de propreté douteuse Four micro ondes avec de la saleté incrustée. N'a pas vu une époque depuis longtemps Petit déjeuner : tous les Yaourts avait une date de conservation dépassée de 3 jours : pas admis en hotellerie ! Etc... J'en ai fait part au personnel d'accueil Inadmissible pour une enseigne comme All Accor

Chaleur dans la chambre sans climatisation et mauvaise insonorisation (bruit des autres chambres comme chasse d'eau etc...) Accueil du personnel agréable
