A very good experience for the family. Nearby the shops and shopping in general after it get dark. The onsen was fantastic!. Peaceful and picturesque location. The breakfast was adequate. I would stay here again at my next visit.

Location wise is a bit far from kawaguchiko station with not a lot of restaurants around the area, and food was not available when I tried to enter the restaurant without a reservation. Cleanliness was good, and the staff was kind enough to help to book a cab as it was hard for me to get one through ride hailing apps.

You can see Mount Fuji from outside the hotel room. The hotel room is very comfortable. However, there is a slight smell in the toilet and the breakfast selection is slightly inferior, but the price is cheap and I would like to stay here again next time.

The new house does not need too much description, my family is very satisfied. Provide services until you disappear from her sight. Since it was my first time to visit Mt. Fuji, I was worried about the cost-effectiveness. The surrounding facilities are quite complete. There are commercial complexes and buses (green buses) leading to Lake Kawaguchi. Even if you just take a taxi, it won’t cost too much (you go out to relax and unwind). Don’t be too careful with your budget. Besides, the light is at its best around 9 a.m. Don’t delay on the road.) It is recommended to stay for three nights. I happened to encounter the beautiful scenery like the picture below on the second day. I hope you have better luck than me.

I stayed here for sightseeing in Fuji. The hotel opened last year and was very beautiful. The bed was also very comfortable. Since I was traveling by rental car, the free parking was helpful. It's along National Route 139, so it's easy to find and there are many places to eat. You can also go to Aeon shopping and eat within walking distance from the hotel. I think the location is good for people with their own cars or rental cars. Since I was staying without meals, I did not eat at the hotel. The hot spring facility carries natural hot spring water. There was also an open-air bath.
