Shonan Kamakura Crystal Hotel

A Western-style building located right next to Fujisawa Station that is even nicer than it looks on the website. I made a reservation because I was drawn to the concept of a hotel where you can stay with your dog, including a dog run, photo booth, and dog menu. Shonan French full course dinner (1 night with 2 meals included) Premium Deluxe Twin (53㎡) Comfortable to sleep on the large Simmons bed. The room is also equipped with pet sheets. There are many photogenic spots, including the chapel, lobby, and rooms, and especially the photo booth on the 6th floor was amazing! The meals are full-course dinners made with Kamakura vegetables, and the breakfast is served freshly baked in a setting similar to afternoon tea, which is very satisfying. They took the time to show me the chapel and other rooms, and I could feel the care they put into every detail.

Stayed on the 9th floor. The electricity at the emergency exit right after getting off the elevator is flickering, the carpet in the hallway and inside the room is full of stains, the walls are dark and the wallpaper is peeling off in some places, the lights have shadows of dust or insects, and the bathroom is dim. The floor was black and moldy, making it uncomfortable, and I couldn't believe it was a normal room for sale. The elderly woman who handled the check-in was slow in her behavior, and even though she said she would show her to her room and pressed the elevator button, she suddenly returned to the reception desk, and then called her again and offered no apology, saying that she had forgotten to write down the guest list. The person who handled the whole thing was so hard to believe that he was at the front desk of a hotel. I had no choice but to stay because I had plans and couldn't move elsewhere.When I contacted the hotel later on the hotel website, I received a reply from someone who claimed to be the deputy manager, with my name incorrect, and the reply also said something like ``We will discuss this at a hotel association meeting.'' What you don't get. I like staying at hotels and often use them even if they are nearby for day trips, but it was a really disappointing stay and I feel sick just thinking about it. The hotel seems to be mainly used for weddings, but if you think about what the guests who stay the night before are actually thinking, it might be a good idea to refrain from using it for weddings. I strongly believe that this is a facility that should be eliminated as soon as possible.

フロントや建物はブライダルでも使うのでとても綺麗でした。部屋の建具などは若干古いのでそれなりの感じです。総じて良いホテルだと思います

換気扇がきいていない。カーペットカビある。

床が清潔だとなお良いと思いました。

スタッフの対応が良かったです。
