Location is a bit far from Hakata Station if you carrying a heavy luggage. Toilet is smelly & curtain was dusty. Common hotspring is small.

The hotel is located close to Hakata Station, which is only an 8-minute walk away. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby to choose from. Free skin care products and facial masks are provided, and the free cocktail bar is great for guests to enjoy. The hot spring is comfortable and relaxing. There are too few rooms, and it would be better if they were bigger.

The reason for choosing this hotel is that it has hot springs and connecting rooms, but the room size is smaller than expected. The semi-self-service format makes passengers more comfortable. Disposable personal items are provided free of charge in the lobby, including Relax Leg Gel and masks. Free drinks are available from 3:00pm to 9:00pm. It is not ideal that there is no trash can in the toilet.

Really bad experience If parking is to be booked early why is there no information online? When I got there, I just said there was no space in the parking lot Although I know other staff may not speak English But I have never tried to go to a hotel in Japan the staff is standing behind a foreign staff only know how to hide and not assist with anything  Then the next morning at their hotel had breakfast (I did not eat anything else except their breakfast), the afternoon has been pooped and vomited, of course, the hotel's reply is only for the time being not found other guests have the same situation, no follow-up, go to their counter just give you a phone call to see a doctor. I understand that not seeing a doctor when you are sick may not actually help you. But their indifference really feels very bad in terms of service and psychology After traveling to Japan for so many years, this service experience really opened my eyes and it also ruined my entire trip. Will not go to this hotel again definitely not recommended

A very clean hotel with relatively new facilities. The front desk service is friendly as always with Japanese style service~ There is a public bath for hot spring bathing (I didn't go this time), and the 3rd floor is a female-only floor. There are free drinks (including alcohol) on the 1st floor in the afternoon. The disadvantage is that it is a little far from Hakata Station. It takes about 7 or 8 minutes for adults to walk quickly.

The best thing is that although it is a small spa, it is nice to hear music playing in the spa. There is a convenience store right in front, and there is a beverage bar in the lobby, so it is great for personal work or a meal. The room and bathroom are small, so I think it's suitable for two people.

10 minutes walk from Hakata Station. City view. Double twin room for 3 people I was surprised that the room was so small. There are no tables or chairs in the room, making it inconvenient to eat. There is a bathtub, but you cannot stretch your legs. It's nice to have a bathhouse (suitable for 4-5 people) on the 3rd and 4th floors. Satisfies the requirements for a hot spring bath with music. Satisfied with luggage storage service. Refrigerator too small. There's almost no place to put food in. They don't even give you water, but they tell you to use a water purifier, but the water tastes weird. I bought some water. Stand up makeup. Dry impossible. The mirror is so small that you have to sit down to see it. Inconvenient to prepare quickly together. The staff are generally friendly. Drinks on the first floor. There is alcohol service, but it is rarely used. If I go to Fukuoka again, I think I'll book a hotel within 5 minutes of Hakata Station. Radius size. Dressing table mirror size. Check carefully whether there is a table in the room~~^^

There are a lot of things for free. There is free drink until 9pm, but I have to pay for parking. It is the same as or even more expensive than nearby parking lots. The room is super small. One person and one luggage are fine, but if there are two people, please don’t choose this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and there was wine in the evening! Although it's a long way from the station, the location is quite convenient and acceptable!

Wow, I'm really impressed. I'd heard it was great, but this was even more impressive. The service at the front desk and the rooms were amazing. Size wasn't even necessary! The beds were amazing and there was even a hot spring, it was like a god lived there to soothe your tiredness. They even kept my luggage for the next day until the end of the Softbank game, so I'll definitely be back next year. I'll tell everyone I know. The best is here!
