Facilities and accommodation is overall very clean and well done, bunks and toilet are clean. The might be able to do better in getting new pillows as current ones are flat and don’t support well

Location is great. Not far from Tenjin. The door to the dormitory is very noisy. It was a little smelly and the guys working there were not very friendly. The price is good and I don't regret staying there but I think next time I will stay somewhere else.

Instructions for check-in were accurate. Liked that the top bunk is accessed by stairs rather than a ladder - well-designed room and beds.

Thr facilities was not quite good and had the cleaning quality issues need to improve in everwhere, room site was too much dust around the bed and corne,r the surface of facilities dusty.
