I loved this hotel . The two ladies at reception were fantastic and allowed me to check in really early . They were really kind and gave me free breakfast tickets . For the price the hotel is perfect , Ita not five star but for a budget hotel it ticks all the boxes . The location. Is great and everything is walkable . The room has everything you need , it was quiet and I slept well . I had a great time and would stay here again . Thank you ladies for your kindness . 7/11 on the premises also make it very convenient .

The room is of moderate size with much space to open three person’s luggage. The view at the reception level is marvellous, we can’t stop watching the changes from morning to night. The staffs speaks fluent English and are very friendly. Nice stay! Breakfast is very nice too!
we really enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was very spacious compared to many hotels in Japan. there was laundry service available and a small but adequately sized onsen to relax in.
overnight parking was also reasonable at 1500 and it allowed us multiple reentries. there were many delicious non-touristy restaurants near the hotel. i’d gladly stay here again if coming back to FKK.

Convenient and comfortable hotel. Location is excellent with access to 3 train stations within minutes of walking and plenty of malls and convenience stores. Highly recommended for those who are looking for somewhere to stay to explore Fukuoka city!
The hotel is located just a one-minute walk from Akasaka Station (Exit 3). There are convenience store, café, and cosmetics store nearby.
I would like to take this opportunity to commend your associates, especially Front Desk team, for their exceptional service.

Everything was frictionless! Convenient location where it wasn’t hectic, staff was always helpful, cute little touches like welcome wine every evening and delicious breakfast offer. The only thing I wondered if it could be improved might be the lounge amenities. But depending on your usual clientele maybe this suffices.
The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka is located in a prime location in the city center, adjacent to the Hakata business district and Canal City, and a 5-minute walk to the airport. The guest rooms are modern and luxurious, and the high-rise view rooms have a panoramic view of the city skyline. The intelligent temperature control system and the whole house smart home enhance the comfort. The executive lounge provides tea breaks and business support all day long, and the rooftop outdoor swimming pool overlooks the night view with ingenuity. In terms of dining, ”THE CUT” Teppanyaki specializes in Wagyu cuisine, and ”Ryugin” presents authentic Kaiseki aesthetics, both of which are recommended by Michelin. The hotel is equipped with a children's club, executive concierge and free airport transfers (need to be confirmed in advance), and the service is meticulous. Although it is positioned as high-end, it is indeed a good choice for business and leisure due to its scarce landscape and complete facilities.
We stayed for 4 nights in residential room which provides kitchen facilities (we only used the kettle) as well as washer/dryer (which we used often and really grateful for this service). We stayed here too about a week ago and hotel provides free luggage storage (for our large suitcase) for our 2nd check in.
Location is excellent with bus terminal and subway station very close by. Also surrounded by department stores, restaurants as well as Yatai.
Reception staff always so attentive; they were also able to book us a taxi to the airport for our morning flight.
Will definitely stay here for my future trips to Fukuoka.
It was quite a pleasant stay. I arrived on the morning flight and conveniently dropped off my luggage. The hotel's proximity to the subway allowed me to easily walk throughout Tenjin. Its location near Lawson, 7-Eleven, and 24-hour dining options like Sukiya was also very convenient.
I had a reservation mix up with a hotel I had originally booked to stay in, and so I hurriedly found Lyf with an empty room and booked it on my day of arrival at the hotel

🚨Extremely extremely tiny room (two people can’t stand shoulder to shoulder & barely any space to move around)
*booked double bed, 2 people
🚨Room is so small that if you take a hot shower, the whole room will become humid and stuffy
🚨Room isn’t cleaned unless requested
+ YOU need to go down to the lobby to pick up extra towels & amenities
🚨Thin walls
🚨Shared common area can’t be considered sanitary.
Overall.
Well located hotel with uncomfortably tiny, but clean room. Is it worth the price? 🤷🏻♀️

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThis hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel looks quite high-end, and the room was spacious and clean. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
GGuest UserThe hotel is at Exit12C East of Tenjin Underground Street (note that it is not the East Exit of Tenjin Subway Station!) Exit 12c is a staircase. If you have heavy luggage, you can take the East 1** Exit escalator to the ground and then walk past the hotel. Hotel location is very convenient, I was worried that the room was very noisy before, but fortunately, the good neighbors encountered this time were quiet. The room has a small refrigerator, two hangers, shower room, dry and wet separation, stayed for four nights, basically go to parco, mina, Chaopai Street are all walking for ten minutes. Very convenient ~
幸幸福を分かち合うGood size for 4 to 6 people
There is a washing machine but no dryer.
There is a concert hall and club in front of the accommodation, so it can be noisy in the early morning.
There is a separate small living room, so it's perfect for ordering Domino's pizza and McDonald's.
I tried pizza and tomato ramen. It will arrive soon.
It can accommodate up to 6 people, but there is only one toilet and shower room, so it takes time to prepare.
Room cleaning is not possible, so if you stay for multiple nights, you must wash and dispose of towels yourself.
GGuest UserI was worried that check-in out would go smoothly
There was no problem.
Access is also good.
The outside was a bit noisy at night, but it was quiet at midnight.
GGuest UserIt was great to be able to get a good accommodation at an affordable price. I didn't use it, but there are cooking facilities and washing machines, so if you need such facilities, it will be a good accommodation :) However, it seems that the front and surroundings of the hostel are bars. If you don't care much about this part, you're fine, but if you're sensitive to noise, you'd better avoid it. It sounded quite louder than I thought. ㅎㅎ I was tired from traveling and I fell asleep soon ... Still the other parts are all satisfactory!
SSkater BoyLoved this Hotel! Check-in a little complicated, but really if Trip.com communicated better with me it would’ve been fine. There is no staff at the hotel. But the room was awesome! A little apartment: fridge and small kitchen with utensils, sofa. Balcony overlooking the river. Quiet location. Nice size bathroom with tub and shower. Also a washing machine, what a bonus.
