酒店設施比較齊全，服務也很好，就是隔音效果不好，房間有點點味道，廁所的燈光是暖色系的，化粧根本看不清。

衞生差，從地毯到沙發到桌腳牀頭櫃馬桶墊等，看得到的一塊塊臟污、灰塵，讓人很不舒服。因為回房很遲，等看到時就想打電話給客服，結果發現打不了客服，第二天一早到一樓櫃枱反映，客服一臉不屑，絲毫不給予迴應，這態度與衞生狀況給人的感覺是一致的。若早看到有如此的評價，我絕對不會再來這家店住宿

這家如家完全沒有服務意識，一副臭臉，好歹也是個連鎖酒店，建議都去專業培訓下。回家探親超時一會回來按金也不退，全國住了那麼多酒店，第一次碰到一點人性不講的。從沒給過差評，第一次勸退。

在酒店的前台，服務生非常熱情友好，服務非常周到和體貼。上電梯都要刷卡才能到樓上，感覺非常
安全，，價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦。

酒店衞生很差，隔音也很差，枕頭有臟印，被子煙味很重，讓打電話讓前台換床單被單，等了半個小時打掃阿姨來説早上已經換過了，拒絕更換。後面再打電話給前台，來了一個酒店服務員，態度超級惡劣，説：床單被單已經換過了，現在當著我們的麪換以免我們會冤枉他們沒換。

五一漲價可以理解，但在五一期間住的三家500-600的酒店中，這是性價比最差的！房間小，隔音差，燈光暗，黴味重，集大成者！住了一天就跑了，不過也有好處，也是有這個對比，後面同價位的酒店，我兒子一直以為是上千的，然後高估了我的父愛，父子感情驟升。
