特別好，離福州南站打車10分鐘車程，4：26凌晨入住，當班的小姐姐特別好，很耐心，房間很乾凈，有大床和落地窗，住得也很舒服。

福州南站住宿最具性價比的公寓，離車站進站口正常步速十五分鐘以內（車站改建前不要十分鐘）。房間大且乾淨，燈光明亮，還配了洗衣機。對於出差的人來説是非常不錯的選擇。

因飛機✈️延誤而無法乘坐最後一班高鐵返回莆田，故選擇了福州南站附近的花間美宿公寓。距離南站步行僅十分鐘（慢慢走），民宿靠陽光天地商業街區以及美食街，地理位置非常方便。民宿分為上下層，我入住的是二樓，48平米的房間“五臟俱全”🤨，佈局合理且安逸，值得推薦！
設施：洗衣機 洗衣液 投影儀 全部齊全
衞生：乾乾淨淨 值得點贊
環境：不錯不錯 非常喜歡
服務：老闆娘提供路線指導 入住引導 點贊

第一次來福州出差，住在南站找到的這家公寓，經過對比選擇了這家，感覺很好，主要是東西都是新的，並且很乾凈。樓上樓下都住了，樓上的床比較軟，價格也不貴，很實惠。
離高鐵站挺近的，步行六七百米就到了，樓下就是商場，吃喝啥都有。下次出差還住這裏。
有洗衣機和冰箱。
