3歳、7歳と一緒に宿泊しました。食事も美味しく、小さいゲームコーナーや子供の遊び場があり子供もすごく楽しんでいました。
初めはフクロウを触るのを怖がっていた子供も、えさやりショーを見た後に触りたいと言ってたくさん触れ合って、帰る時はフクロウを連れて帰りたいと言うぐらい名残惜しそうにしていました。
部屋からの景色も露天風呂からの景色も綺麗でした。
ただ、このアプリの仕様上の問題なのか、子供ありで予約していたのですがフロントで大人2人の予約になっていると言われました。
その場で対応してくださったのでよかったですが、子供を連れて行く方は確認していた方が良さそうです。

フロントの方々も皆笑顔で出迎えてくれ、混雑時も臨機応変に対応している姿が見られ好印象でした。
部屋はトイレのタンクにヒビが入っていたり、ベランダにゴミが落ちていたりとありましたが、目の前に広がる海を眺められたり、星空が綺麗だったりと、自然を楽しめるので、細かい所を気にしなければ大満足でした。
廊下などにも和風の長椅子があり、オシャレな感じでした。各階に男女別のお手洗いもあります。宿泊客は自由に飲めるコーヒーやお茶もあります。卓球やちょっとしたゲームセンターもあり、宿ならではの遊ぶ雰囲気も楽しめました。お土産もまずまずの品揃えて、中でもトレードマークのふくろうグッズがあり手書きのハガキや手作りキーホルダーなど可愛いお品でした。
やはりなんと言ってもふくろうくん達がお出迎えしてくれ、人間に慣れているので大人しく触らせてくれます。可愛いかったです！
白米がとても美味しかったです！また機会があれば泊まりたい宿です。

お食事は大変美味しかったです。
焼きしゃぶ、蒲郡うどんは、本当に美味しかったです。
最初露天風呂に行くのにかなり迷ってしまいました。
室内は広くて清潔感を感じました。

新城市と蒲郡市とにある，はづグループ。 はづグループは，５つ宿を持っているが，すべて違うタイプの宿で，経営は，かなり難しそうだ。 すべて違うタイプの飲食店を経営しているのに似て，常に問題が起こっていそうだ。 料理は，どの宿も美味しそうだ (はづ合掌・はづ木・はづ別館 は，実食済み) が，残念ながら，ここは，あまり美味しくなかった。 刺身は新しくなく，すき焼きのタレは甘すぎる。 ここは，数十年前に，倒産したホテルを，買い取った宿だ。 その後，45室の温泉旅館のわりには，値打ちな宿泊費で運営してきたようだ。 つい最近まで，１泊２食が，標準で，10,000円以下だった。 ホテルの前は，とんでもない急坂だし，内風呂は７階，露天は１階にある。 部屋の中の修理では，コストを抑えすぎている場所が，何か所かある。 フクロウのショーや，犬のドッグランがある。 宿泊客は，常連客が多いようで，みなくつろいでいる。 結局，宿の安さは，七難を隠すのか？ それでも，料理には，てこ入れしてほしい！

仕事の都合で大幅にチェックインの時間が遅れ、21時に到着したのですが、スタッフさんの対応がとても良かったです、受付近くに居るミミズク？梟もかわいくて癒されました。
また時間に余裕が有れば行きたいと思います。
