Yashshree Sikkim Blossom

Probably your best choice for your buck if you’re staying in Gangtok. Great clean rooms, hot water and nice warm room and that all in walking distance from MG Marg. Would stay again!

We stayed at Yash shree Blossom this month (April 2024)..We had a great memory,We really appreciate the great service given by staffs..Even the food was delicious in the restaurant, you'll get lot's of varieties in breakfast and dinner buffet.. Specially thanks to front desk staffs Ms.***isha,Mr.Sankhar and Ms.Diksha...Also specially thanks to housekeeping team Mr.Ankit,Sunam,Umng who make our room clean every day..

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.Special thanks to miss. They were an absolute gem and made me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire visit. Their kindness and warmth were evident from the moment I checked in until the day I left. Well, all the receptionist were so polite and the way they treat the customers was excellent. The quality of the food was so elegant and the decorations was nice too. I strongly recommend all the visitors to visit this place for a wonderful experience.

Writing this review with due regards to the employees who are presumably pulling 12 hrs shifts and hence jaded. Had really poor experience at this property on 5th April. Was assigned a room which was way to noisy to get a good night sleep. Having had very long day travel I needed the rest badly. However there was a party upstairs and constant moving of furniture just did not let me have any rest. On complaining i was told nothing can be done and it will calm down at 10 pm when party ends. However next 45 mins after 10 were even more noisy as staff started rolling cylinders and moving furniture. I would have expected that knowing the party was planned the room should not have been allocated given it becomes noisy. Gave written complaint to front desk who immediately raised it to the ***ager. ***ager just shrugged and walked off. Least he could have done is offered apology and ensure no similar issues in future for other customers and probably offered some co****sation for the inconvenience. But I guess that's the way this Hotel group roles. Similar experience in another hotel of the group. P.S. Other picture is of supposedly Paneer Kulcha.
